Sushi burrito was way too heavy on the rice and light on the fish and fillings to be $17. Plus it was way too sweet. I didn't even want to finish it. Also, the person working the register was nice, but she was totally aloof, just gazing at customers without a greeting or asking their orders. It was almost kind of funny.I bumped my stars from 2 to 3, because I imagine renting a spot at R. House is expensive, and I understand businesses are cutting corners.

This place has gone down in quality and up in price. Everything is VERY expensive. I paid 27$ for a bowl. Usually places I go are around 18$. They’re not any better than any other poke place honestly. Just average. They also took almost 20 min just to then tell me that they don’t even have seaweed salad ??‍♀️ how?! After 20 min they gave me the wrong fish in my bowl. The young lady that works there began to PICK OUT THE TUNA IN FRONT OF ME ? i questioned why the hell she would do that in front of my face and the owner smacked the bowl out of her hands and told her to make me a new one ??‍♀️ just ridiculous. Not only a crazy wait and over expensive food, but also really bad service. Just sad honestly.

Fresh, beautifully arranged, quick service

So bad :( I was looking forward to this place after having lived in Hilo for a year. The Ahi tuna was frozen, bottom of the barrel, and they had to add sashimi to attempt to make it better than it was. Please don't advertise fresh poke if you're not going to provide it. Never again.

Sushi used to be more generous but still ok. Poke bowl is good.

Really enjoyed this place the first time I ordered, but this time I ordered a poke bowl and they didn’t give me any rice — it’s just a salad and toppings. How do you make a poke bowl and forget the rice? Unbelievable.

Very good when it’s good!Huuuuge bummer when it’s bad. I ordered the rainbow bowl, which is supposed to have: Tuna, salmon, Snapper or Hamachi, eel, shrimp, avocado, masago, cucumer, red onion, kaiware sprouts, shiso leaf, crunchy tempura flakes. Sauce: Classic Hawaiian soy sauce. It was missing snapper/hamachi, eel, shrimp, avocado, and crunchy tempura flakes. So I’m assuming I got someone else’s bowl because ALL the good stuff was missing. There are mistakes, there are shortages, but that was like half the stuff missing and I wouldn’t have gotten it if I had known.I emailed them through their website about this on Tuesday and didn’t hear back about replacing this bummer of a bowl, so I guess I’m out $17 and not going back.

This place was great for years but the last bowl I got was comically bad compared to the one I got a couple of months ago. Hoping it was a fluke

AMAZING food and amazing service. We're visiting DC from Texas and stopped in by chance - totaly worth it!

Great setup with the food court feel. The sassy bowl was awesome
