Great service and friendly employees. The only thing I would add is some more decorations to enhance the atmosphere. Seems to be a family business that I would love to support.
Too tier and such great options for milk tea and fruit tea. Will they ever bring back the aurora special drink because it was the best I’ve ever had.
the classic tea was great, even with 100% sugar it wasn't overly sweet. the snacks and stuff that they sell are also really neat!
Highly recommended by colleagues, I decided to visit on yesterday. “Jesse” took my order. After waiting over 30 mins for a Mango Bubble Tea, Jesse insisted that I ordered a red bean drink …I AM ALLERGIC TO RED BEANS - Jesse made this Red Bean Drink Twice …even after I told her I am allergic to Red Beans she became enraged and stated “Let me make it clear to you that THIS IS MY FIRST DAY!I asked for a refund and she literally started marking me…I HAVE NEVER EVER experienced customer service as creepy as the aforementioned.
I never heard of this place until my son told me about it. We stopped here one saturday and it wasnt crowded. He ordered the milk tea 75% sweet and he also ordered the Takoyaki. The wait time wasn't long and the young lady behind the counter was very nice. I had a hard time understanding her, but we eventually got the order in lol. The place is nice in clean and I look forward to trying other selections on the menu.
I love this place! My go-to for bubble tea. They have lots of different flavors to choose from and they are always very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a classic milk tea with boba through DoorDash and paid extra for the boba, only to get a note written on an old flyer saying “sorry we’re out of boba” ??? Like. Am I not going to get a refund for the toppings I paid for? Or get credit? Coupon? Nothing?
Best boba I've encountered!! So good. Mine is the cream colored cup with black tea, tapioca bubbles and lychee gel... So delicious!!
