Food was burnt and when I called back the employee stated since I didn’t say anything before I left then it’s nothing that they could do! Customer service is trash I just spent near $100 on burnet food. Will never support their business again. Every lamb chop was burnt
I loved my meal and the staff was excellent! I had fried catfish, mashed potatoes and gravy and some onion rings. All were perfect. My cocktail was a strawberry Hennessey awesome! Will be returning!
We were greeted by the best hostess and felt welcome here from start to finish. We chose the more quiet, formal dining room where we enjoyed DELICIOUS meals! Our waitress was not only attentive but very pleasant as was the entire staff this evening. The buswoman was making sure every table was pristine and swept under when other diners left. She was even dusting random furniture! In my opinion, when employees seem happy and are actually engaged, this is a true sign of good managent (so is delicious food)! In case you’re wondering, my mom and I both got the crab cake platter special. The crab cake was baseball size and nothing but Jumbo lump crab meat! The fries and coleslaw were also delicious. My Dad ordered the fried liver, onions and mashed potatoes and said it was delicious. I grew up close to Hazelwood Inn but haven’t been Back in years! I’m so glad we went! Next time I am trying their steamed crabs! I give FIVE (out of 5) stars!
Some things on the menu aren’t very tasty. So be very careful about what you order here . I just ordered a garden salad . And chicken strips and fries . Was here for A retirement party .

I give 5 out of 5. I have constantly driven past this place and heard about it from a lot of people so last night me and my husband went for the first time. The food was AMAZING, the atmosphere was inviting and the service was top notch. Our waitress was Candace. Apparently we were her first table. They did a great job training her because I didn't know she was new until she told us. She did a FANTASTIC job. They give you A LOT of food. We had to bring it home including the appetizer. They don't play when it comes to the drinks. I'm not a heavy drinker so I asked for something sweet and was told to get the Hawaiian Punch. It was still kinda strong so I mixed my husband's soda with it lol. Overall everything was great. Definitely going back!

Our driver Tessa was a gem! She was very descriptive, honest and funny on the bus tour that included a trip to a Rum factory store, a Dolphin exhibit and a turtle place across the street. Then a drive to Hell to see the dead coral.
