Food and server were great. Noise level was extreme. We couldnât hear our waiter and because an a cappella group was so loud. Also waited a long time for the food to come out. Only advice is to know the events happening before dining there.
Good food which has a higher price than most diners, but higher quality. You won't go away hungry. If you're looking for health foods, the options are limited, but can find *something*. Service was outstanding and they had a live group on stage singing instead of the standard music videos. Well worth it for the experience and the memorabilia.
Entertainment was amazing. The Rock N Roll Chorus were awesome! Service was exceptional and food was very good. Great experience. Long Live Rock!

It was super busy at the bar, but the bartender was very good at her job. The food was great too. The only issue we had was the odd/pushy guy working in the merchandise area. He just made us feel uncomfortable.
Ordered 2 sliders apps. Both were asked to be well done and both came out severely undercooked. Asked for them to be re done and the second time they were so rare that there was blood present. Ruined our appetites to order anything further. This was the second time Iâve visited this location and had undercooked food. I decided to give it another chance while I had family come in town to celebrate our new baby coming next month and was embarrassed at even recommending.
Great drinks and food. Our server was the best! I believe his name is Eric. He made our experience perfect.
Very dirty, bathrooms, table, walk area, hallway to stairs. Weâve been to 5 other Hard Rock locations and this one is the worst. Iâve seen better customer service n cleanliness at McDonaldâs.
The food was okay. Nothing particularly delicious or special. Large servings. The live music (Thursday and Friday) was unexpected. It made it impossible to actually communicate with the other people at the table, but certainly made for an evening that we will not soon forget but are in no hurry to repeat.
3 out of 10 of us didnât get our food until we literally were walking out of the restaurant.
