The customer service was amazing!! But just a minor issue. Our fries was cold, and the air was extremely cold !! Burger was very good though!!! ..
I was able to place order over the phone and pick it up, food was really good and french fries were enough to feed a family of four?
Top notch customer service every time. Earlier today, I was leaving the indoor area to sit at an outdoor table. When I sat at the outdoor table, the wind knocked over my container of fries!I went back inside and told Jamal, one of the employees, that I needed more fries because I had made a mistake and dropped the ones I ordered.Jamal made another order of fries for me right away, on the house. Even when I insisted I would pay.That’s going the extra mile, and I truly appreciated it even though I didn’t expect it.Well done Jamal and team! I’ll definitely be back!
The food and friendly service is always amazing but the time it takes to wait for you food is bad but tolerable I guess. This is due to there not being more than 2 people on the grill while the rest of the team are bagging orders . It should be vice versa in my opinion. 3 cooks , 3 preps and 3 baggers to do incoming guest and online orders .
We love this place is delicious, fresh tomatoes ? fresh lettuce, fresh and juice meet , the shake is delicious, the fries are yummy. We love this place highly recommend.
The staff was really friendly. Everyone kept their distance. The food was very good and a small fry is plenty.
While I was inside having lunch with co-workers, a man came in (who seemed to be in awful shape) asking for money for food. The man sad he had just gotten out of the hospital (had a hospital band on) & seemed to have urinated in his pants. The man asked for the manager- who came right out. He explained his situation, and the manager gave him a free meal ! He was super sweet & generous to the man but also let him know that this was a one time deal. It was inspiring to witness. AWESOME staff !
I always have a great experience at Five Guys. The staff is always nice. And the food is always fresh because it is made to order. I noticed they have a space on the register when you are paying, that ask if you would like to add a tip. I was surprised but I didn't mind tipping because they are always always nice and the food is great there.

Was a nice and easy experience. The food was really good. Usually the burgers be extra greasy, but it was a nice balance. Not too much and the fries are always great. It wasn't a line and the order came up fast. Everyone there was really nice especially the young man that handed me the food. Very polite and can't wait to go back!
