Had cheeseburgers the neat itself was juciey but I don't know why companies think we want quality meats with no seasoning on them I shouldn't have to fix up a $12 burger period never again.

We had a fantastic experience yesterday. We ordered on DoorDash but they did not have any drivers picking up our order, and we called the restaurant to confirm our order was done and was getting cold. We decided to come and pick it up, being hungry and tired of the ever growing ETA on the app. We called back the store and the manager both canceled our order, so that we would get a full refund, then remade our order so it would be hot when we arrived. Then went way above and beyond by not charging us anything for the order and gave us a free drink while we waited for our fries to be done. This is how you do customer service, people. 100 stars.
Got amazing customer service from a young man who just started. I’ve never seen more perfect customer service. He wa a friendly and packet and made sure to put the customer first. Overall great experience! That young man is a keeper keep up the good work!
Use the app if you can. Food is good but takes up to 15 min. Order long before you plan to arrive.Staff is atypically friendly and courteous for Balto. One guy in particular looks like Popeye and seems like he'll push your teeth to the back of your head but he's actually super sweet.
Had an excellent experience picking up my order yesterday. I was greeted immediately and got my order in less than three minutes. I was impressed. And my order was correct. I’ll return to this location soon.

Staff was helpful when ordering. Short wait time was great. The Double Bacon Cheeseburger was pricey, but enjoyable! Tried the Cajun Fries for the first time and thought they were a nice change! Never leave without the complimentary peanuts ?
