I think the tea here is fantastic. It's very busy every time I come so it makes for not the best work/study solo concentration time. And the secondary space adjacent to the main café is too dark to read... Also, not enough outlets to charge laptop! But again, I think the tea here is fantastic.
Can't believe there isn't a free standing store here. It's on college campuses or an airport. Places I have no ready access.
I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, hold the buffalo sauce, hold the onions. What I received was a crispy chicken sandwich with onions and buffalo sauce without bacon. I asked the person at the counter to fix my order, and they refused. The service is terrible, and the food is never correct. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
I really like Einstein. Contrary to what others say, they aren’t rude. They just aren’t overly nice. They get my order right Everytime and that’s all that matters.
If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life, they insult customers, they regularly get your order wrong, they up charge you for no reason, and accept orders they know they don't have only to tell you after you've been waiting for 30 minutes that they don't have what you orders. Honestly they should get shut down.

Extremely slow service. Most of the time they forget what you ordered. And their smoothies are full of ice pieces and no taste of flavor. They do not even put proper whipped cream on the top. Waste of time and money
