You’re probably better off continuing to the food court further down. We arrived at 4:30 AM and it says they open at 5:00 so we chose to wait. When they didn’t open by 5:10 I asked what time they open. They said they can’t open until the manager arrives. The manager arrived around 5:20 and yelled at the 3 employees there telling them they should’ve opened at 5:00. They asked if we wanted a combo, coffee and hash browns, so we said yes. When we walked back to our gate to eat we found only one hash brown. The hash browns are advertised as double baked or something. However, the one we did get was some undercooked mushy and cold dish. Very disappointing.
There was a really long line but we really were glad this business was open early. We had an early flight and were planning on picking up something at the airport once we got through security, only to find that many of the airport food venues were closed. Aside from the long wait, everything was delicious. Bagel sandwiches, fresh muffins, and bottled juices (perfect for taking along on the flight afterwards).
Staff friendly, no coffee said the sign; got an espresso; waiting on it i noticed water on the floor, a broken door (refrigerator ?), not clean nor tidy... this is off putting for a place serving food.
If I could give this business a zero star, I would. The man who was at the counter today 03/21/22 @1030 am was extremely rude. First, he did not give me my receipt and expected me to know my order number off hand. When it took a few seconds for me to realize it, he acted like I was dumb. The female was ok. When I tried to explain, that I didn't have my receipt and tried to get it. He said " Oh, someone just threw it away" while giving me the side eye .These are the kind of people that make you lose faith in humanity. He should not ever be in a job of customer service because he is very rude and disrespectful. To the manager, you will lose a lot of customers this way.
Wish I read these reviews beforehand. Employees were bickering the entire time. Got my order wrong. Waited for them to remake it. Worst bagel sandwich I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and check out the options at the Concourse A/B food court.
My sandwich was ice cold by the time I got it. The bagel was warm and toasted but the egg, cheese, and bacon were as if they had never been heated. I've been to Einstein's where the food was so hot it burned my tongue, not this place. It didn't help that two of the employees were arguing with one another. The bad reviews I saw were years old so I hoped things had changed but I was wrong. Trust the reviews, this specific Einstein you can skip. There are plenty of other places to eat
Avoid this place if you don’t want to ruin your morning. The menu and advertisements around the storefront are a complete misrepresentation of the food you end up with. The bagels taste stale and the “hash browns” are some type of mysterious undercooked soft product that belongs in the trash.The staff is also comically bad. They had four workers behind the counter all loudly carrying on a conversation about staffing levels when a line of at least 5 people were waiting to place orders. Nobody was on the register. The manager was loudly claiming to “run” the store by herself when only one of the workers(not her) was actually doing their job.
The airport was busy, post-Christmas...I get it.The bagels were gone except for sweet flavors like blueberry and cinnamon, makes a terrible sandwich, I get it...There was a bag of defective, stale? Croissants, so I said that will do...but I was really surprised at the lack of customer service/service recovery, and even more surprised at paying almost $10 for 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese on a broken half size croissant and bottle of water. I ate it. Judging by the rest of the reviews I am not the only customer underwhelmed...the new normal I suppose.
S-L-O-W. I waited longer in line for a single bagel than I did to go through airport security. A tasty bagel, but make sure you aren't in a rush because it will take some time
Bacon, egg and cheese bagel on a fried potato bagel was delicious! I'll probably hit it again today because I'll be in the airport this evening!
