I ordered an iced caramel macchiato through the mobile app. It came out as a dark brown homogenous mixture instead of two separate layers of coffee and milk. I took a sip, and all I could taste was caramel, no coffee at all. Please do a better job at getting your customers' drinks correct than just giving them something you made by mistake.
Staff very nice, inside is clean, and even when there is a line I get my coffee in just a few minutes!

I pre-ordered my coffee to the wrong store. The staff was amazing. I was having a bad day. He made my coffee, he was super nice, and it was made perfectly. Love the salted caramel sips cold brew
The problem with this location seems to be a lack of staffing. 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee seems a bit much
Second day of a 6:00am stop. Good service, fast, and got my order correct. Busy but I didn't have a long wait. I will definitely go back to this store.
