Today I got there at 7:11 to get coffee people after me got there at 7:38 I still had no coffee the lady kept asking what I was waiting for I told her three times and I had to be to work at 7:45 yet still didn’t get any coffee
Terrible customer service. The employees are only concerned with taking your money and messing up your order. I ordered a medium sweet tea with less ice and I was given an unsweetened tea with extra ice! Then I have proceeded to order a cinnamon raisin bagel with extra butter and they charged me for extra cream cheese. Instead of refunding me my money for the cream cheese and remaking my order they continue to argue amongst each other. I will never be spending money or time at this location again. I would prefer to go to the location on Light St.
It's like all the other Dunkin' donuts nothing's different.
I also love donut so i stay there to get my coffee and breakfast. Never had a rude cashier, sometimes the donut needs to be stocked but all im all, good job.
I went the other morning to purchase my usual and the lady at the register made me to believe it had no cinnamon bagels nor bacon ,when I said ok let me get another type and I paid and went to the end to collect I saw bacon and the bagels she said it didn't have none of .When I said something about it she started talking her native language and laughing with the guy who was making drinks .If y'all think am lying run the camera's back to the 29th around 6am.At no point in time a customer should be lied too .That being said that's the last time I will ever buy from that branch and I won't recommend it to anyone else .Look at all that is going in the world it would not kill to be nice to others

I like their ice coffee(I gotta put a lot of sugar in it tho). I stopped going there for breakfast because I hate how their eggs taste
New coffee flavor is soo good!
Just tried the new brown sugar flavor ice latte. Really good!!
