So I'm giving them 5 stars cause everytime I have went there my coffee was correct but I will say that the last time I went through drive-thru the women working it was unwelcoming and seemed like she just didnt want to be there.
Employees were courteous and friendly knowledgeable and service was quick place was very clean it was just a nice atmosphere
Charge almost $7.00 for a Bitter strawberry cool Ottawa and a stale donut and then tells me it's good I won't be stopping in this place again
In comparison to other Dunkin's, this one is lack luster to say the least. The drive thru so slow you're better off parking and walking in or going to another Dunkin' altogether. They make using the app to order ahead pointless as Everytime I do so, they don't start making my order until I show up. I would avoid this location unless and drive down the road to the Dunkin' near Giant. That location blows this place out of the water with speed and accuracy.
Always get my order right and are super pleasant. Has a drive through. Recommend planning to turn right onto Belair Rd leaving the parking lot, otherwise you'll be waiting a while for a break in traffic.
I received my order through the drive-thru the person that took my order was very nice and I did not have to wait a long time for my food. And unlike some of the other Dunkin' donuts who seem to only give you five or six hash browns I got a bag full of hash browns which is great ?
Just sat in line for 20 minutes behind 1 car at the speaker instead of taking the order knowing there was a line out to the street the young lady taking orders instead decided to have a full blown conversation with who was obviously someone she knew thru drive thru. 12/18/21 @ 2:17 pm

They've been great anytime I've been there. The only change I'd ask for is to consider adding a Baskin to it.
I normally do not give reviews but this deserves it this was my worst dunkin experience I have had. I was on my way to work thought to treat myself to dunkin and grab something for lunch as well. I ordered 4 doughnuts in the drive through line. There was only one person in front of me and one behind so not super busy. They handed me the bag I drove off by the time I got to work I saw they gave me the wrong order and that it is something I am allergic too. I called asked if I can get a refund and they said they could not do it over the phone the only option is to come in person that means sitting in their whole line again. Idk how they can mix up a cinnamon raisin bagel and doughnuts plus the lady made a rude face at me while not wearing a face mask.
