I've been going to this place since it opened. I always used the drive-thru.But this time, I placed an order from my mobile app to be picked up. When I come in and I talked to the lady who was taking orders, I asked about my order. Somehow my order never went through from my mobile app. She told the manager and she said he would help me. I waited at least 10 minutes and he never looked at me or say I'll right with you I heard nothing, Instead, he continued taking orders and looking at his phone in between the orders.Eventually I walked away.
I really don't like giving a bad review, bc anyone can have a bad day, but this store's service has gotten worse. Anyone can make a mistake on an order. Mistakes happen, especially when busy, but most places won't argue with you about it rather than make it right.I now drive past this store to go to another Dunkin.

My food was cold the short Indian lady kept yelling at me the cook only had 1 glove on then they made my drink wrong instead of them making a new one the short Indian lady gave me the same drink instead of remaking it
This place is chaotic and extremely slow. Morning time is crazy and your will taste like water...Just buy a keurig
