No gloves were worn to get my donuts. I asked for a large regular coffee. I get the coffee and it had 4 sugars and 4 creams that I didn't ask for. I was the only one in line so it wasn't even busy enough for you to confuse the order with someone else's. Not a fan of this location (Liberty rd).
I always come here. Sometimes I have good service sometimes I have not so good service. But today was the worst. I placed a to go order so I wouldn’t have to strain my voice (I have a sore throat). The young man who initially came to the window was very helpful, but the Nigerian lady who came after him yelled at me and walked away because I was showing her my online order.
Typical Dunkin. Relatively slow service, especially when it comes to starting to put together a mobile order (often don’t start until you show up looking for it.)
Always get my order wrong. Don’t understand why they can’t understand what 1 medium coffee with 3 sugars means

Everyone is very nice, however my only issue is that they charge more for their snack bacon item than other locations. $3.99 in comparison to $2.49 everywhere else I've shopped. They might want to get their bacon from another vendor. LOL

Very slow today and the language barrier can be an issue. Nothing against any ethnicity but if you can't speak English you shouldn't be at the drive thru window.

This location is AWFUL... They're RUDE & they can't make drinks.
