That shrimp, blackened catfish,& grits was absolutely perfect!!! Seasoning, cooked to perfection, would definitely get again! The red velvet cornbread was a miss for me. The flavor was there but it was dry, but the concept was pretty cool. The beignet was pretty decent. ??

I called in my order for shrimp & grits over the phone. Get there & still waited about 20mins. Got the food and it was not good. Grits was so stiff and hard it was sticking to the bowl. The shrimp had that fishy taste to it. They didn't add my extra sausage & sauce. Had to wait even more time for them to make the sausage. Then gave me the extra sauce, cold. I was heated that I wasted almost $30. Consistency is the key. I have been to the place before, the same dish was fire, but my last experience was bad. ?? Let's just say, I won't be in a rush to return.

Hello, this is Dedrick and Jacqueline from Louisiana. First of all the owners and staff are the best. Great customer service with southern hospitality. Then the food was impeccable. The gumbo was the best ever. My husband had the fish and Northern beans with rice it also was the best. Made us think of back home. We highly recommend this restaurant. We are customers for life.

Twenty minutes is a long time to wait for flavorless, watery gumbo. They told me they had to warn it up... So you know it wasn't fresh. And I can make rice from scratch in 20 minutes. Not recommended at all.

Omg, my daughter bought here today and the food was so good. I got Jet Salmon Shrimp and Grits. The service was awesome, he was friendly and courteous. Will support them again soon.

Had the gumbo and it was horrible. They me 2 shrimp with a bunch of shrimp tail shells in the gumbo. Very very little crab and the gumbo itself tasted like lightly seasoned chicken stock. Not worth $22. Also it took 5 minutes for the staff to even come from the back to take my order.

Amazing food! the shrimp and grits hot tye spot w/e sauce theu put on it is delicious and theu don't overcook the salmon when you get it blackened. Need to come back and try a poboy!

Amazing food & customer service!!!

Restaurant needs to update their hours and schedule. They were closed. I wasted a drive all the way here on the other side of town. Customer Service 101. I wasn't the only person that came for food.

I'm so glad I decided to dine at Creole Soul during my first visit to Baltimore. The food was amazing. Chef "Que" was on deck serving Flavor and Soul in every dish. We devoured the shrimp & grits, lobster mac & Cheese, and the red velvet cornbread then made room for the chocolate beignets. I can honestly say this was the Best lobster mac & Cheese I have ever eaten. My husband and I are planning to return before our trip ends just to have another slice of the red velvet cornbread. If you are looking for real Soul food with a Creole twist you have to dine at Creole Soul. You will not be disappointed!
