Called to make them aware that my crawfish that was purchased the day before was mushy. The meat and the shell which can mean they were dead before they were cooked. I called to make them aware and the lady barely spoke English told me there was nothing she could do unless I bring in the old food. I didn’t want a refund, I just want to make them aware but she barley could understand me. This is not the first time. I use to go all the time but now I will never return. You sold meSomething dead then there was nothing you could do for me even tho I didn’t ask….
I wouldn’t recommend this place and would not eat here in the future. I ordered the blue crabs from Crafty Crab through Uber eats and when I went to eat the crabs they were spoiled. The meat on the inside was mush and had no shape. There was also a strong smell of ammonia. That is a obvious sign of bad seafood. This is so alarming as this is a seafood place and they use a lot of sauce and seasoning on their food. I can see how someone could’ve missed the smell and eaten bad meat resulting in some serious food poisoning. If you do eat here smell the food and make sure it is safe before hand.
We went to the Crafty Crab at Eastpoint Mall in Baltimore, MD. We ordered the Run Runner which had a odd taste and and crab pot which contained corn, potatoes, shrimp, crawfish, and a crab cluster. We didn’t even get off the parking lot before we started vomiting excessively. Even now we’re not sure if it was the drink and/or the food. All I can say if you do decide to go bring a plastic bag with you for the drive home just in case, however we definitely won’t be going back.
Drinks are really good. They have a Dj good music but to laugh, can have a conversation. Food was not great , I asked for the sauce on the side since my husband can't eat the sauce, it didn't have any salt or flavor, gumbo was not good. They run out of raw oyster. Waiter service is excellent.
Food was amazing, Music was great, and the drink were great. I had a party of 9 and they accommodated us well and we pretty efficient about taking orders definitely a place I plan on returning to
I never write reviews, but it was a must! Sounyah was my waitress and she was literally the best waitress I've ever had in my life! She was so sweet and very attentive. My friend and I came when they first opened and she was the only one working at the time, so she was waiting and tending the bar. She still did an amazing job and the food and drinks were top teir. Will definitely be going back
When we got here there was only one other table .Quan was our server he was the only one working. He became very busy but not less attentive . He checked on us regularly and was very friendly and personable. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is they added gratuity on a party of 2 with a low percentage. We always tip 29 percent or more.
Our waitress was decent. The food was lackluster, and over cooked. There were families in the restaurant, and the music selection was like BET after dark. They add the tip to your bill regardless of party size.
