Such a cute cozy coffee shop with awesome coffee- perfect ?
The food and coffee were both very good, but the service was extremely slow. I think I’d only go back if I am not in a hurry
New location is neither handicap or stroller accessible. Doors are hard to navigate with a stroller and you have to figure out how to get up their steps.Everything was bland. Crumbly and dry cookies. Scone was also pretty bland. Almost thought about not giving it to my toddler since it was not great in my opinion.One star for variety of things.
Food is good, however think they might be understaffed.Waited close to 25 mins for 2 baked items, had to follow up and when they came out were both cold/ were toasted but got cold and 1 of them was n’t correct and had to be redone. I was so excited to try this place out given the line and the vibebut maybe wasnt the right timing. While I was there another person got their order mixed up as well so maybe it is a staffing issue. Food is decent though… so bummed it was a unpleasant experience overall :(
New location is awesome. Much more space while waiting for your order. Same great drinks and food items too.

Wish they would bring back the big muffins with the top that goes over the borders … especially the cranberry walnut—all the muffins I’ve had recently were regular size and no cranberry walnut.
My partner frequents the shop and will order us yummy chai lattes from time to time, but whenever he orders a modified coffee and pays for an added syrup - he claims they never add it. He’s admitted to tasting before walking away and asking the baristas to add it in on the spot. I recently put in an online order myself, modified a coffee with a hazelnut syrup, and yet no hazelnut. It’s a little disappointing because the lattes are so well done and we love ordering breakfast sandwiches (delicious), but the coffee mods are either absent or tasteless.
By far the best Chai latte I have ever had. I got the vanilla chai and it was out of this world. So good!!!
