Wednesday evening, place was empty. Came for a chocolate ice cream cone. They were out of chocolate ice cream. And cones. Generously offered us the last of the kids cones. Total came to $16. Three dollars for half a scoop of ice cream and a dollar for a cone. Which was stale. Sorry man gotta charge you full adult price.
All of the ice cream in the cooler chest was melted and looked like milkshake. They didn’t have the toppings for a signature combo. The flavor i ordered didn’t have the rich almond taste as other locations I’ve been to, the toppings I asked for tastes stale. ?????? I won’t be visiting this location in the future. I wanted ice cream ?, not a milkshake. I just threw it away!
5 Stars for Everything!! 1) The Store is very clean; a great place to spend time with a friend. 2) The staff are very helpful and nice, always smiling :) which is great 3) Even though it might be a little pricey, the ice cream is TOTALLY worth it!! Its amazing, with so many flavors, toppings and cones to choose from!! (you could have it in a bowl if you want) But DEFINITELY worth every dollar!!
I love this location! Every thing is on point and fresh and customer service is amazing starting with the manager Nina. She made my experience just that much better. Most importantly the ice cream is always great and just tastes like it was made with love. The sorbets are my favorite and being that I prefer sorbet to ice cream they never disappoint in the variety of flavors or ways that you can customize to keep things new. Overall everything about the experience here is top notch and I personally believe this particular locations sets a very high standard for others.
First off I want to say my experience at this location was top tier! From the cleanliness to the customer service we received. My family and I had a pleasant visit. I especially want to shine a light on the new general manager Nina she is a superstar and made sure our experience was great. Keep up the great work guys.
The new female manager Mrs Nina is awesomely awesome. I love her dearly. Her staff welcomes everyone in the store as soon as the door opens. Super friendly staff. I love this store.
This is my neighborhood Ice cream shop so I’ve been frequenting here for years. Recently a new woman has become the General Manager an boy is she doing wonderfully.I’ve noticed a change in cleanliness, atmosphere an customer services with the staff as well as more products in that freezer that sits in the lobby where you order.I’ve spoken with her several times in store an passing by an she is super sweet an very intentional with making relationships with her customers.All in all she is a great addition to the neighborhood as well as helping our favorite ice cream shop get better! Please let her know she is appreciated everyone can see how much better this location has gotten
I had three good experiences at this location, so I can see potential. However, my other visits were unpleasant, and the customer service needs outside assistance to say the least.1) The employees will ignore customers, even eye contact, if they are not the one to assist. Suggestion: say "hello, someone will be with you soon." No need to be so awkward, it comes off as rude and unwelcoming. I know you guys have online orders and cake orders to fill, but why are there 4-5 people there blatantly ignoring the in person customers?2) Learn how to make light conversations with with customers. At times, it feels as though the employees are hostile, especially when they're assisting the customer.3) Please retrain your employees about how to measure ice cream for the cups and to go containers and how many mix-ins (how many spoons of mix-ins each container gets and the limit of different mix-ins) the to go containers get. Hate to break it to you, but when you don't measure enough then place new ice cream on top with no mix ins (because you don't want to remix), it's annoying. Tip: take a to go container and fill it with the chosen ice cream for measure, then take it out to add mix ins.4) Please have people from corporate come down and perform a thorough clean of the store. There are a number of health code violations, and there's a smell (most likely not the employees fault). Honestly, I have already chosen not to return because I fear getting sick. I'm sure others are doing the same. From the customer's perspective, the store is littered with trash (admittedly due to the customers), especially near the register. There are always straw papers, napkins, and taster spoons left behind. The napkin dispensers are always empty. Have someone come out every 15-30 minutes to wipe down the counters and clean the glass. The ice cream case needs to be cleaned inside and outside, and try fluffing your ice cream (it'll look more appealing). The cake display is never full, always looks as though it is in disarray or empty. Just pull the cakes to the front to display a look of abundance.5) Also, be mindful of allergies. Whenever I visit, the stone is not well cleaned. I ordered something with no nuts and nuts were mixed in.I'm not saying that the company should fire, bully, or push out anyone, just retrain, clean, and encourage more positive attitudes and customer service.
Come in April 9, 2022 at 830pm. Wanted a Banana Carmel crunch. But I noticed the ice cream board top wasn't on. Also there was pervious ice cream and toppings left on top and didn't get clean or scrap off before putting new ice cream orders down. Ask gentlemen clean it of ge did half way then ask is that good. I was no still got other toppings in the ice cream. Another associate said that how the do it make ice cream on top of previous ice cream and toppings. That's cross contamination no one wants toppings on their ice cream thet didn't order. I been there before I seen the ice cream marble top on and had ice on it when the associate made my order and clean it good before making another order. Will not go back to that location. Try one of your other ones.
They definitely have MICE!!!! I was waiting in line about to order & a mouse ran across my feet…i left & went to Starbucks next door. The health department needs to shut them down as soon as possible…(Starbucks in hand) after i ran from the mice
