Vegan black-owned business. I ordered cookie butter, strawberry, chai sugar, and maple butter pecan. The cookie butter was really good. Chai and maple were okay. The strawberry didn't have any flavor to it. Just sweetness. The actual donut is sooo soft. It just melts in your mouth. I believe a plain donut would be tasty, that's how fresh and delicious the dough is. Attached are the featured flavors the week I visited. Street parking avail. I went a few minutes after they opened today (Sunday). The line was picking up, as people trickled in.

I’ve never tried vegan anything before but if it tastes just as good as these donuts do, SIGN ME UP. Raspberry Rose, Strawberry, and the Cookies & Creme have been my absolute favorite flavors so far.
My boyfriend and I have made trips/orders from Cloudy part of our weekly schedule! We love all of their creative flavors and look forward to the menu drop each week. They’ve offered us complimentary donuts a few times and a few times when they’ve run out of said flavor they’ve offered to sub for a different one. Our puppy loves the dog donuts too! Baltimore -and soon to be Brooklyn- is so lucky to have them!
The cutest little donut shop in Federal Hill! This convenient location on Charles Street has brought the fancy donut game back to Fed Hill. Customer service was fantastic and the donuts even better!! Oh and did I mention they are vegan?? Highly recommend.
Good donuts - my first vegan donuts ever. Really creative flavors. Cookie monster is hilarious - see photos. Staff were friendly.

Blown away❤The best doughnut, actually best pastry I've had ever. The doughnut taste is clean, airy, fluffy with a polished finish from start to the bitter end. Knew something was special off the bat by the sweet, clean aroma of the shop. The Strawberry ? doughnut: beautiful treat-fresh strawberry icing, real step above ?. Then we came back after stopping at Ridglea Bakery then deciding had to go back to Cloudy. The Maple Butter Pecan-fresh maple flavored icing- The doughnut consistent on the premium small batched sophisticated touch. My new favorite go to!!
I’ve had all but 15 flavors (I keep track because I think it’s fun). I’m missing mostly summer flavors because I discovered Cloudy when the Fed Hill location opened. I’ve been back every single week since then to try new flavors. I’m not vegan but still really enjoy the donuts. Love the variety.
Great flavors and taste is amazing!!!!!! I have to admit I ordered from a company based out of Texas(southern roots),based on reviews, and they were awful. This is not the case, Cloudy doughnuts are truly amazing, keep it up.
