About one hour after I made and paid for the reservation (and three hours before the tour was to take place), the operator called me and told me that the tour was cancelled. They gave no reason for the cancellation (weather was perfect that day) so I can only assume that there were mechanical problems with the boat or not enough people signed up for the tour. In any case, I was left stranded without the tour I had planned to take. Since I had so recently made the reservation, it should have been declined at the time or rejected by the operator when it was sent to them for their approval.
Servers and crew were EXCELLENT. Very helpful and outstanding service. Food was OUTSTANDING. We ALL enjoyed it.
What’s prompting my comments is the respectful and sensitive way the crew accommodated those that needed assistance …wheelchair/older lady. Safety was their primary concern. The tour was a pleasant change of pace to walking around the city. Enough cruise time to recharge the battery.
Friendly staff, reasonably good buffet dinner food. Highly recommend going up to top deck after dinner to enjoy the views and fresh air. Overall, however, it's an over-priced experience.
I was unable to take the trip due to a reoccurring heart condition. Rating is not on the experience but the strict no refund for any reason policy.. I didn’t plan on the heart issue flaring up.
I visited the inner harbor with my friend on the 25th and we had stayed at a nearby hotel so that we could do the sightseeing tour. We called in the morning to reserve tickets and was told that we can purchase them at the booth because they had 400 tickets available. So we got there and no one was at the either booth for the 1:00 tour. The Captain and crew member Dante saw how stressed we were about the situation and went above and beyond to help us get on board despite the negligence of ticket agent. They helped us get on line and I paid for the trip and we enjoyed our time on the ship. It was my friends first time and she enjoyed the sites and was impressed with the helpfulnesses of these gentlemen. I will definitely tell my friends to take the tour when in town!! I’m a fan!!
We had a great time on the water with the family for a birthday celebration.The staff from the hostess to the DJ to the bartender and of course Dee, our waitress were outstanding.The brunch was small but good. The choices were limited - 6 items - chicken, fish, sausage, eggs, potatoes. There was also a salad, fruit and 2 cakes. I wouldn't recommend for children - no French toast, waffles or pancakes - were available. The mimosas were flowing but very heavy on the juice.
I went on City Cruises for my daughter 8th grade class trip. We had so much fun. The food was awesome, the DJ on point and seeing was great. I'll definitely be doing it again for another event ????
Booking cruise says 6:30pm-7:30pm and to arrive at 6pm I arrived at 6:05pm and was told I couldn’t get on. While ship was still sitting there. I’m traveling from Florida and all they wanted to do was give me a gift card. Horrible customer service.
Cruise was really nice. Excellent staff. The event was fun and entertaining. Beautiful views.
