Attended Citron for a 1 year wedding anniversary. Two hostesses greeted me and my wife in the lobby and after seeing our reservation congratulated us both and had some additional kind words which were very flattering. Once seated at a very spacious table, we didn't wait long before we were served water and greeted by Charles and Rich. Charles was a bit eccentric, which initially concerned me, but after speaking with him and experiencing his service one could tell he was infinitely genuine and had a unique charm about him. He told us a bit about the restaurant and made us both feel welcome before introducing us to our waiter, Rich. Charles informed us that Rich was very knowledgeable about spirits leading my wife and I to place vague orders and let Rich run with it. Rich returned with an excellent Merlot for my wife and Man O' War (bourbon cocktail) for myself. We ordered shrimp spring rolls for a starter. They were delicious. My wife ordered the Swordfish, which she really enjoyed and I ordered a 16oz Rib Eye. I ordered it rare, and It came out more of a medium but the quality of meat and the flavor made up for it. We decided to skip dessert, but that didn't stop both Charles and Rich from gifting us a chocolate tart with an edible "happy anniversary" banner and two glasses of dessert wine. In summary we felt our patronage was appreciated and all the staff was exceptionally professional. The food was great and the prices aren't terribly expensive considering the quality of the ingredients. The highlight was most certainly the wine and cocktail selection.
Excellent food and service best meal I have had in the Baltimore area
From the moment we were pleasantly greeted by the hostess to the movement we left we were completely relaxed. We had one of the best dining experiences this evening at Citron. Besides the impeccable service, the food was five star. I truly believe this is the best restaurant in Baltimore. The views are relaxing, the servers are polite and knowledgeable, the food is not only delicious but creative and very current.

We were at Citron for my husband's birthday and we totally enjoyed our evening. It has a peaceful ambiance. I did not exactly enjoy my entrée but the appetizer was perfect. It's a little bit on the high side in terms of cost, but overall, it's a beautiful restaurant. I definitely recommend.
The drinks were very good as well as the service and food. The only downside was for the price you pay, the portions could be a tad better. The âjumboâ sushi roll was the size of a regular sushi roll on our opinion.
My experience at Citron was completely amazing 𤩠and I will be coming back for lunch, dinner plus for a couple of drinks with friends an family Citron is the best !
The food was delicious, though not super memorable, but it is way too expensive for us! The view of the lake is gorgeous, but the music being piped outside ruins the peaceful atmosphere. If I was paying half the price, I would be telling everyone I know about this restaurant, but at the prices they currently charge, no one I know can enjoy themselves. However, I realize there is a segment of the population that enjoys a respite from normal middle-class folks, so if so, this place is perfect for you, The service was excellent!
