Delicious Mexican food! I am definitely coming back. Everyone at the table got something different and they all loved it. Give it a shot if you are reading this :)
I went to Chilango’s yesterday, 8/1/22 for a work event and they were notified in advance of my onion allergy. I let both servers know that I am the onion allergy. My food was presented to me and server said no onions. Unfortunately, after 2 bites I realized it indeed had onions. I began to cough as my throat became scratchy and I was having trouble breathing. I did take medicine and inhaler but still coughed through rest of our time there. My bad rating is for the lack of service as manager was notified and instead of an apology he got defensive. I NEVER received any apology for trying to kill me from either server or manager. Nor did anyone ask if I was ok. NOT ONCE! Do better when you try to kill someone an I’m so sorry would have gone a long way as would have an are you ok? Do you need anything? Do better!
Food we order had no taste all. Meet tasted old and smelly a bit. It literally tasted nasty. They really don't care about the menu. Really disappointed with service.

Went last Saturday with my home girl for the 1st time I was very excited because I heard the food was excellent. I had the shrimp for starters and that was great the salsa for the chips is really delicious also. I had the fajitas steak chicken and shrimpThe steak was not tender at all I could not chew it and there were only 2 shrimps. We had to keep asking other staff to get out waiter but 17% gratuity is added to the bill. I will not be back.
Everything was fine; we expected a little more, but it wasn't horrible. I believe that if our waiter Diego had been more attentive to our order, there would have been fewer errors. We'll try again because the meal was excellent; it was just our waiter who didn't feel like working that day.Dine in: Yes

If I could give this restaurant less that one star I would. I went here last year October with my sister and our food was disgusting. I got shrimp fajitas and the shrimp tasted so off. My sister got the beyond meat burrito and the sauce on top was just disgusting. I complained to the waiter about the food and she told us there was nothing she could do. When I left I emailed management and expected to hear a response and they didn’t even bother emailing me back. I would not recommend anyone who enjoys good food to go to this establishment.
