This is place was horrible. First of all, this location is not a chik'n Rice , this is Maiwand. Not sure what is going on here, but the nonetheless the food is terrible. It's nothing like the photos. I would stay far away. Nothing was prepared right, it's really expensive considering you only get 3 wings for 10.99.

TL:DR Terrible customer service, passable food at best (when it doesn't make your stomach sick) but there is better value and customer service elsewhere for halal food.It really pains me to write a negative review about a halal restaurant. There are only so many of them to begin with and I really don't like saying negative things about them Chik'n Rice truly pushed me over the edge.I ordered online for a Chicken and Gyro over rice at about 8:30 well before closing for delivery about half a mile away. I waited a whole hour without hearing anything from the restaurant and had to resign myself to finding food elsewhere that night.I tried calling the phone number which would only take me to Maiwand so I tried for the chat support. The support was abysmal at best, I explained I never received my food to which they replied they successfully delivered the food.This was very clearly not the case but I understand mistakes happen, I simply asked if they could refund my money or simply deliver the meal I already paid full price for that day. They eventually acknowledged the order was not delivered to me and that they will give me a voucher to reorder my foot. After a full 45 minutes of straight up silence and broken codes from them, I simply asked for a refund. They stated they don't have the ability to issue refunds and that I should call the listed number if I want one (which as stated before goes to Maiwand not chik'n rice.). After I stated this number is to Maiwand, the chat support reverted back to the story of my order was delivered and I need to call the number to figure out what happened. Beyond frustrated by having a full hour wasted on this, I called the number and a cashier from Maiwand picked it up.I asked if I could speak to a manager about an issue with a delivery order from chik n rice. Naturally there was a bit of confusion but eventually I found a manager that could help. He stated Maiwand does not have the ability to issue refunds and that I have to contact chik'n rice to recieve one. I explained that Chik'n rice refused to refund me and told me to contact them to which this manager explains Maiwand only prepares the orders and doesn't handle payment and that I should contact them. Naturally I am quite frustrated at this point as I am approaching nearly 1.5 hours of figuring out a problem on maybe $15 worth of food. Eventually, the manager of Maiwand understood my position and offered to have MAIWAND remake and deliver the order I already paid for, effectively netting Maiwand a loss. The manager then told me to still pursue Chik'n Rice for a refund because it is now Maiwand remaking the order for me.I accepted Maiwands offer and they made my order and delivered it to me. I elected not to pursue the refund further because I was honestly fed up with Chik'n Rice's attitude as they made it very clear they would refuse to refund me.After all of this trouble, how was the food itself? Passable if im being polite, the street vendors around Baltimore are comparable in quality but 2/3 the price. On top of that, my stomach was quite upset after my meal which doesn't happen when I eat from the vendors around town.They really need to get their act together if they expect to survive.Edit to Add after response: Evidently I'm a dirty liar who has nothing better to do than defame this business lol. Really good food and super fast service- the only drawback they don’t include utensils although you’ve ticked it on the order
This place was so good! We got a delivery order from here for the first time and it was fantastic. The chicken and gyro platter was great, just the right amount of spicy and a very generous portion. The fries were fantastic as well. Customer service was great as well. Definitely a hidden gem, can’t wait to eat here again.

Ordered here at 6:06pm and it’s 7:17 now. After calling for a status update they said it’ll take another 20 min to finish which doesn’t even include delivery time. This place is awful when you need your food within an hour of ordering. Seriously, if you need your food within a 50-60min time limit then don’t rely on the site delivery description here.
This spot is incredible. I love spicy food and I always get the chicken bowl with both sauces. And the fire fries (or whatever they're called) ARE AWESOME!Just finished my delivery order, happy as hell, and that's what I have to tell you about this incredible food.Cheers, and enjoy.
I ordered Chik'N Gyro over Rice Platter; I must say it was spectacularly tasty. The ice berg Lettuce was fresh and the chicken was perfectly tender. The white sauce was on point and uplifted the whole meal’s flavor. 5 stars from my side.
