All the employees at this place are very friendly, they make you feel like you are dining in a 5 star cusine. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Emmett who checked me more than once in my 15 minutes stay. This guy deserves the CEO's bonus money for his passion and love of his work!!! Cudos Sir!!!

If 0 stars was possible I would. This IS NOT Chick-fil-A. If a trashy look alike that has no clue on customer service let alone cleanliness. I found a hair in my to go order sandwich. Was refused by the director that all's they could do was replace the sandwich no refund possibly. No thanks not from you dirt balls. I don't know about y'all but I wont eat here again.

Chick-fil-A is great for when it comes to gluten free dining. Their buns are sealed until the person opens it themselves to ensure no contamination. The bun itself is very good, soft and pillowy like a real bun and tastes good too. Grilled options to ensure that you get nothing that can be glutenized.

All chick fil a's are terrible places with terrible food. I don't understand why people are so addicted. Why they wrap their cars around the building twice for some sheisty chicken nuggets.

Good food choices, prepared and packaged well, awesome work crew. They are respectful, patient, kind, friendly, fast, and accurate.

Spent over 20 bucks ans got nuggets that werent the proper portion size, made a complaint via app and Danielle Alderson didnt provide any compensation. Her response said that she was sorry and they hope to do better in the future (paraphrase). I'm done with this place, see the attached photo.

I have gone to this chic-fil-a for lunch several times over the last 2-1/2 years and have never had a problem, until today, 6-9-22. I ordered 2 salads, 1 med fry, 1 fruit cup, and 1 drink. They put the hot fries in with the salads and fruit-cup, no utensils, no nuts or granola for the salads, the wrong dressing for 1 of the salads and zero napkins. Hoping this was just a new employee, but this was bad.

They seem to be very disrespectful towards door dash orders. I’ve had to get redeliveries to much as they keep purposely not putting salad dressings in the bags. I even called to let them know door dash was redelivering my order because they missed the salad dressing. I was told they would make sure it was there this time. Once againnnnnnn they didn’t put it in the bag. That’s why I know it’s being done maliciously.

Current staffing on the drivethrough just goof off.Also, wish they would do icecream cones again.The Middle River branch is so far ahead of the Dundalk store.
