The best experience ever. Food great as always. The greatest treasure is the staff. Every every single one of them was the most friendly and helpful. They are the most customer oriented people I ever met. Also the best chick FIL a I ever visited and that is quite a few :-).

I come to this Chic-fil-A often, like I walk in and people know my name often. The team is always so very pleasant and smiling. They always ask me how I am. They notice when I change my hair color lol (and this is no matter what time I’ve come in) That may not mean much to others, but it just shows that they really do take the time to know their customers. By far the best store I’ve been to. Food has always been good here and the atmosphere when you dine in is great. Team is attentive and will make sure you don’t want for a thing. Kudos to the team here!!! Y’all are top notch! ?❤️
It's Canton's chick fil a. So of course it's on point, fast and food is always correct. Not surprising to see highline cars in the drive through. Staff is polite and friendly. Facility is always clean. Line is long but they have it down and move fast. I don't love fast food, but when I have a craving I'll go to this chick fil a!
Ty with the two beady braids was so sweet and had the best customer service i received literally all day! n to follow w the bomb cusy service, Idaysia was so sweet aswell n just as bomb!!(thats a good thing) the rest was okay.
Its hard to knock a Chick-fil-A, this one has always been great! Orders have always been accurate! Staff 98% of the time are great, occasionally catch someone having a rough day.Food is always fresh.The wait time can vary depending on the time of day, this is universal to all CFA locations.
unsurprisingly, a staff member without a mask enjoyed expressing they do not care about the customer's health and hygiene. went home and the salad was poorly packed. Most likely will not be retuning to this chic fila, being that they have more McDonalds energy than quality chic fila service ppl seem to rave about :(*update* just ate the salad, and now i have a tickle in my throat.. so if i get COVID-19 i'm suing! 100%
Usually very busy but best to take out and enjoy outdoors for the summer time. Pickup usually doesn't take longer than 5-7 minutes, lines are long so order ahead!
It was extremely nice coming in being greeted wonderfully and even after I finished eating the general manager thanked me for coming in and the young lady in the dining room even asked me if I wanted a refill thank you so much it was a relief to be treated so nicely after working all day
