Very clean location, the staff are great!Did not enjoy the food that much.
I put in a catering order the night before. I order something specific for someone who doesn't eat meat. I brought in the food advise my coworker no worries I order you something. She was looking and it wasn't there. How embarrassing. Now I have to inconvenience myself a got to retrieve a biscuit. I think not. I want at least a 25percent refund. We will see when I high tail it back to Pratt Street.
Their ordering system is efficient. Only suggestion would be to put menu closer to the entrance of the store to make ordering easier. The shining stars are the workers who check in on the patrons eating. They were friendly, courteous and on top of everything!
Can I give this place 100 stars ?? This place shows true value of Chic Fila as a company. Staff is very efficient. Our food was out in 5 mins . Staff was very attentive. They were respectful. Cherry on the top Kevin brought my kids stickers and made their day. They love Kevin and want to go back
Are you working downtown and need to get your order quickly….well don’t go here. They continually mess up my orders and provide poorly made food. I should have to unload my whole bag in the store to check if the order is correct.
Food is good quality for the time it takes and amount of traffic this place gets. The wait staff that cleans and ask for refills were wonderful! The staff that takes your order was lacking. This is probably the first time I have EVER been to a Chik Fil A anywhere in the US and the person taking your order isn’t friendly and in good spirits. Felt like I was an inconvenience to the order taker. Everything else was great!
Hands down the cleanest chick-fil-a I've ever been! The service was quick and the staff are all moving and helping. Alisha, the manager, even did a sweet treat with the kids which just made the whole experience better!
The wait time was horrendous. I waited for 15 minutes on a number 7. And to be honest I paid entirely too much for. Chicken sandwich 13.00 total and the cashier was very unprofessional towards another guest. I should have gotten her name but she is young so that is why I didn't care. But It wasn't my normal destination to go. Have a blessed day everyone
Customer service is always a plus but the size and consistency of their chicken is is not the same. The chicken to biscuit ratio.... ??. They can also work on their half and half
