My husband went through your drive thru today to get us lunch. He came home right after and we are a short drive away. There was literally NO ICE IN MY DRINK. We didn’t order light ice. Please start putting adequate ice into your cups, unless specifically instructed otherwise. This has happened too frequently to be ignored. The fact that this instruction even needs to be given is insane. Use some common sense. How much are your employees paid hourly??

The staff are always friendly and efficient! No matter how busy the drive thru is, they get you in and out in no time
This branch is run like a well oiled machine and the customer service is impeccable. The food is consistently terrific for fast food. Recently they accidentally mixed up milk shake flavors and the manager gave me a credit for the entire order. Including what was right. Only down side is the long drive thru lines.
This place is always busy! But they do an awesome job at delegation and keeping everything in order especially with the muti-lane drive-thru, they make things as simple and fast as possible! We really love this place!
What is the point of having a phone number and it having no use? "Durrr this is our address (well, how would I get your phone number but not have your address first of all...)" and then it starts talking about "leave a voicemail if you're here for employment or for an event".... How about if my order was wrong? Or if I wanted to call ahead to make sure it doesn't get placed incorrectly? What is the point of having a phone number that is useless?
Fast ordered a catering tray manager was awesome came late to pick it up and he made us a fresh order very happy.
