Very unprofessional chick fil a not enough workers people in the back were so loud while we waited in line workers in the front were loud while it was one cashier and one claimed to be the manager I wouldn’t recommend this location
Using my $15 I purchased a Chicken Sandwich with small fries as well as a beverage. It cost $9.49 so the remaining $5.51 will be going to the piggy bank. When I opened the bag I was astonished by the presentation of the meal. Considering this is an entry level meal, it was amazing. As I pull the food out of the bag the phenomenal smell shot through my nose. I was hooked. I proceeded to dive into the classic chicken sandwich. Very tender and well put together. The consistency that Chick-fil-A presents is phenomenal and appreciated. The fries as well did not disappoint as they were at a fine temperature and paired with a Chick-fil-A sauce. Over all a great bang for your buck and 10/10. I also understand that this is a emergency chat but this meal was so extraordinary, i couldn't hesitate to share. This amazing memory at the Terminal A Chick-fil-A will never be forgotten.
If I could could put 0 stars I would!! I hated this location the workers are rude and unpleasant when i asked for the managers they were no better! One manager was very rude and told me to step back in line when I walked up to the register and she called on someone else. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my meal because the workers in the back were taking too long to put food up specifically fries! THIS IS THE WORST CHICK FIL A EVER and I absolutely love chick fil a but from now on i’m going to make sure i avoid this location.
This location is very unprofessional i’ve been here twice the experience was disgustingly terrible my second time around. The store is beyond dirty, Like literally disgusting. I also noticed that workers handling the food in the back weren’t wearing gloves. I allmost missed my flight after waiting 20 minutes for my order!!! One of the workers by the name of Maria was very loud saying disturbing things to her co workers, I can’t even mention what i’ve heard because it was that bad. The people there are so mean it’s ridiculous I’ve never experienced such disrespectful service and I’m very unsatisfied. This whole experience happened earlier today and I’m absolutely disgusted with this Chic fil A

I generally have a great experience no matter which location I visit. However, the location at BWI airport could use some guest service retraining. Nikaya was our cashier and she acted as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering food. Her tone and demeanor was rude. She was rushing us as we ordered but took the time to stop in the middle of our order to stop and talk to another coworker about her lunch she was picking up. The best part was when we were paying and we tried to hand her a gift card she rolled her eyes and abruptly said “we don’t take those here”. Ok, that’s fine but there was no need for the attitude. The food was ok but the overall experience wasn’t great.

Only 3 star because after standing in line waiting the young girl that was at the cashier by the name of Nakiya said to me “I’m not taking no orders”... then went back and fourth with a young guy about taking order but then Nyshai stepped up and took the order and then told them how unprofessional the other two were because they were super unprofessional to just let myself (the customer) just stand there!
Food was excellent, place was very clean, service was great, staff were friendly as well.
Staff was friendly, but they were running low on everything…No spicy deluxe, no lemonade, no ice tea, no ice.Other than that…amazing
