First time going to a Checkers. Food was great, hot and fresh. Team members were very polite.
Peace & Blessings! F1RST and foremost, please-PLEASE EVERYONE practice safety while out & about in public...wear your mask ?Now, I wanted to give a 4.5☆ rating but it doesn't allow. My reasons for the 4.5☆ rating goes as follows starts with me ordering at the ( drive-thru ) at around 9:50pm in the lane that you have to pay from the ( driver's side ) for those who ( never ) been to a ( double drive-thru )...I was by myself, the lane I was in had maybe 7 vehicles ahead of me but, the other lane that you pay frim the ( passenger's side ) had only 1ONE car...so, either that 1ONE car had 2TWO or more passengers or 1ONE person being the ( driver ) that had to reach all the way over to pay, I noticed the workers wearing mask ? at all times, the workers were friendly and patient, my meal was correct, the food was hot and good, the prices were good in comparison to other ( fast food restaurants ), and I'll be going back quite often.
My absolute favorite checkers. The service is fast and the food is well prepared. The only downside is it's a little bit of a pain to get to. I recommend the double mushroom swiss burger, mozzarella sticks and finish the meal off with an order of funnel cake fries. Yum
Waited in Line for 50mins, Come on Checkers. Bring your Employees and Customer Service Game on.I Watched that Lady tossed My fries In The Bag like a Piece of Garbage.We need to do our Job with Passion. My 2 Cents...
It was nice. The guy in the window was really nice. The burgers were cold. But the fries were hot.
I just left this Checkers. It’s 11:30 at night and the McDonald’s down the street wasn’t serving people (as usual) so I came here. Let me tell you, the gentleman that took my order and served me (I really wish I knew his name but my receipt says Dashia so I’m not sure if that’s him or not) was the KINDEST man I have encountered during a late night drive through. He was so sweet and funny. I really had to pull over and wrote this because that man truly deserves recognition for treating customers so well despite it being so late and tired!
Missing items.. the cashier was rude.. huffing and puffing in the microphone… stating “oh boy here we go im ready to go home”. All becuz i revised one item in my order.. then got the whole order wrong… disappointed becuz i was charged for something i didnt get and was given something i didnt ask for
Lemon pepper wings were good...a little too salty, but fresh, idk about the blue cheese it was grayish in color
Slow service but they always give you fresh food. Not worth walking up and ordering but the drive thru gets 1 car done every 15 minutes. Not bad for cooked to order.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The lady that's working drive thru tonight in all of her unprofessionalism took FOREVER to give my husband his card back. It takes literally 2 seconds to hand over the card and two orders of fries. She needs to be retrained or FIRED. There is no way in the world that this location is THIS ghetto. I wouldn't recommend a soul to go here especially around 10pm
