A rare boba joint in Inner Harbor. They have decent selections specially for their toppings. The quality of the drinks are not the same in OC but it's not bad either. The service is great and staff is friendly. Plenty of inside seats but very limited parking spaces. This is a handicap friendly facility with ramp for wheelchair.

I love coming here to relax and unwind with the pup. Great tea and buns.

Oh my gosh I was in for a special treat with the special ice tea an a mango with rainbow jelly smoothie and the food I had a pork vegetable puff like dumplings it is so good you got to eat here

Just as one of the previous reviewer (Ryan) noted, this place has a real problem with customer service. They treat their repeat customers poorly. They deserve 0 stars after the poor customer service that I received today. I visited the store on June 10 and paid for an order with Apple pay. The cashier said it did not go through even though according to Apple the charge went through. I proceeded to pay a second time with a different credit card. This time the cashier said it went through. The cashier said this happens all the time and that I would get refunded the first transaction or come talk to the owner and she would make me whole. I was not worried as the owner has always been nice to my partner and I; we patronize her business a lot. As of June 23, I still did not receive the refund. My partner and I went into the store today with our dog as we always do. I advised the owner what happened. The cashier that did the transaction in question was also present. I showed the owner 2 different statements showing where I was charged by her business twice. The owner told me this happens a lot. She then proceeded to show me her screen claiming they only charged me once. She argued back and forth with me over a $4.00 plain iced green tea ultimately saying I should dispute the charge. It was not about the money for me at this point. It's about the awful customer experience and lack of respect for repeat customers. First, If you have a known problem with your point of sale equipment that is causing these types of customer problems, FIX It. This should not be a routine issue your customers have to deal with. Secondly, why would you treat a repeat customer this way? My expectation was that she would have made me another drink and sent me on may way keeping our relationship intact. Are you that bad at business that you're willing to lose a repeat customer over a $4.00 drink that probably costs Chatime 0.50? My partner and I will NEVER come back to this establishment. We will spend our money elsewhere in the community. And since we live nearby I will also tell all my neighbors about this experience. Congratulations, you earned this!

Chatime Fed Hill did a phenomenal job catering for our baby shower!We ordered bubble tea for all of our guests.They delivered everything promptly and were extremely easy to work with. The bubble tea was delicious and an absolute hit!We were having a hard time deciding what toppings to include in the order, because we wanted the freshest option, and the owner's recommendation was perfect. They also gave us different catering options (dispenser, individually packaged, etc.)We highly recommend them for all of your bubble tea needs!

THE only place I drink Bubble Tea from because it’s the only place you need it from. There are so many great options that you’ll never get bored, and the employees are awesome! Their store is full of positivity, good food/drinks and a good time. Now they have their food truck to share all the goods in a different part of town, don’t miss out!

Before today, this was 5 stars for us. We are always nice to them, they are always nice to us, and honestly- mistakes are very, very rare. Today, they messed up our order and refused to replace it with the item we actually ordered. When they refused to fix it, we were shocked since we come here ALL the time. Later, I searched on my credit card app and found that we have spent over $750 here in the last 9 months! We were probably in their top 10 customers. We are there so often that we know pretty much every employee -- one of them once commented that my dog should be the store mascot. And today we got slapped in the face. So disappointed by this.

Friendly staff who are attentive and quick to make orders! I also like the atmosphere of the place and the long walk way to the front desk
