Great food with a good price
went to charley's on 10-10-21, placed order inside. the cashier was nice but not attentive, dining room was empty, order combo meal, received my cup for the beverage area(by the way, they do not have water) no straws and no ice. told cashier and looked to be the manager (employee dressed in all black)was also there nothing was replaced the whole time I ate my meal (about 30 minutes), giving my order had to go back up front to get my fries they forgot. food was decent however the service alone I would not go back to Charleys on Joppa Rd, would not recommend
I always liked Charlie's Philly cheese steaks but I always hated having to go into a mall to get one having a non mall location is great service is fast food is fresh and did I mention you get double points when you order on the app.... sounds like a winner to me
Charlie's was a nice place to have lunch or dinner. The only issue I had with them is they didn't have large cups, because as they said the truck has not come yet. But they could sell you a small cup for the prices of the large cups. That was distasteful, other than that the food was good I'd go back.
When we got there, at least 3 people were standing at the register, I guess they were training new people. What I assumed was the manager looked right in our faces and then walked away to go give the rest of the tour to the new people even though that could have been a good opportunity to demonstrate how to take an order. With a kitchen full of like 10 people, we waited 5 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge us... Then the cashier that did acknowledge us had an attitude and was fussing with the manager while he was taking our order. When I ordered my sub, he only asked me if I wanted a regular or large size and never asked me if I wanted the small. We were the only ones standing inside the place but there were a few cars in the drive thru and the kitchen looked like complete chaos. The manager was running around trying to help cook the food basically pulling his hair out because no one in the kitchen seemed to know where they were or what they were doing. And after all this, it took too long to get our food and my lemonade was too tart (they never put enough fruit syrup in the lemonades) and my Chicken California sub was extremely bland. Two stars and two thumbs down. Just do yourself a favor and go to another location.
The place was busy, but clean. My boyfriend got a sub & said it wasn't bad, but it wasn't mind blowing either. If you like cheesesteak subs, I'd give it a try. Though it seems a little pricey too.

Awesome customer service by manager and owner. Great to watch them jump in and coach as well as help the food service workers take care of back log . All in all a good experience. God bless
