If I could give it 0 stars I would. My order was completely wrong and I had no way to contact them and get it fixed or a refund never got here again
It's a bitter sweet good rating. I ordered online and they are faster than the traffic I had to beat through. I am sure they were delicious 20 mins before I got there. It is also in a Mall so take parking into consideration when factoring in your ETA.
Ordered a Philly cheesesteak via the website and received a turkey sub with mayo. I don't eat Turkey or mayo. I called the store and the line was constantly busy.

Jalapeño fries here were terrible. Barley any cheese or ranch, and the fries were undercooked/soggy. The Columbia Mall location is way better. I’ve had them out of state which were far better than this too.
Good subs. Just got a little lost trying to find it, but it was worth it.
Excellent food! Always hot and fresh.
