Customer service trash!! The place is so dirty! My chicken cheese steak looks like a regular cheese steak!! The grill was disgusting!! I think I would have gave it a star if the customer service was ok!! No thank you or nothing ! Young girl with half blue or green hair was horrible no personality!! Never again!!

The food is delicious, the price is reasonable, the service is terrible! Management needs to do some customer service quality control, training, and serious personnel assessments. I waited for 30 minutes for my food and the individual working at the drive-thru window was rude. My food was not even warm when I finally received it. This is my 3rd unpleasant experience at this Charley's Cheesesteaks location. I gave it another shot, and the Parm-Garlic wings are delectable. But ... Three strikes!The Charley's Cheesesteaks at White Marsh Mall food court is well managed, efficient, and very customer friendly!

I didn't like the fact that the light skinned dude with the glasses... their cook. Was cooking with one hand and holding his ear bud in holding a full blown conversation over people food with the other. Not sanitary during this time, and doesn't look good to the customers. One plastic glove on as well. My advice. Stay sanitary, focused, handle our food with care and don't ruin the business. Great place ever!!!

Food is delicious, service leaves something to be desired. Placed order online was told would be ready at 3:57. Walked in, there were no customers in line and waited 5 minutes to be greeted. Associate asked my name and never cam backSeveral minutes later another associate asked my name and walked away. Food was finally given to me at 4:16. Food is very good, but not sure it is worth poor service.

I stopped her with my friend to get him lunch. It was so poorly run it was sad. We stood almost 5 minutes to get our order taken for a sub and cheese sticks. They messed that order up. The dining room was filthy and they had the worse system to preparing their food. When they remodeled and replaced a closed KFC I was hoping that Joppa Rd was going to get a decent place to eat. My friend said the sub was greasy and a waste of $10. We’d never go back.

This was the double meat “old school cheesesteak” picture below, WOW how disappointed I am. The bones less wings I asked for sauce on side NOPE! Then asked for bleu cheese & celery, NOPE! I felt bad even asking as it seemed, was a huge deal, because must have been the 2 employees were not quite, hearing “Yo this guy wants everything” Tough when I only want the two condiments which was the only thing besides placing order. Customer service I have realized not to expect much with what we have as employees to pick from, shame the work ethic doesn’t exist any longer (general statement for the majority). Things are tight and prices are high, $10.29 for a “where’s the beef”” cheesesteak . I always try to give places a second try, everyone has a bad day, this time I will not. Moving forward maybe take down the pictures also, as HOLY MOLEY not even close, I don’t expect pictures, knowing they never do, but yours not even close. Hopefully the store off Joppa rd, will get a little more training (service)and put meat on subs and work on wingsChad

Wasn’t too bad. The staff were kids but they were easy going and my food was prepared fast and it tasted pretty good.

Ordered online from this place a few months ago for curb-side pick up. Confirmed I was there on the website then proceeded to wait in my car for 10 minutes. No one ever came out so I went inside. Then stood around for a few more minutes because there was no one at the register taking orders. Finally someone came up and gave me one of the orders already sitting on the counter.Once I got home I found that not only was the food cold but it was also completely different than what I ordered. Literally the only correct thing was that the order included fries.I submitted feedback on the Charley's website and included my contact info. Never heard back from them nor did I ever get a refund. Will not be ordering from this place again.

I have on more than 3 occasions seen employees preparing food without gloves. Please make sure your following food safety guidelines.The service and food has been good. But not happy about workers not wearing gloves. Especially during covid.
