This was by far the nastiest sandwich I ever saw. I didn’t even eat it. Chicken is burnt, bread was burnt. Placed on the sandwich so sloppily. No chips. No straw in my order. Didn’t answer the phone. GHETTO ON EVERY LEVEL. IF I WAS A DOCTOR GETTING LUNCH AT YOUR LOCATION IM SURE YOU WOULD HAVE TAKEN MORE CARE.
It was 8:40 and I walked in to order and all of this workers screamed “ITS CLOSED” they need hard working people not LAZY like this ones. And plus I’m glad I didn’t get anything it was so dirty and they were just standing there poking their noses. I don’t recommend this place.
The food was good. No complaints! I enjoyed it.
I brought the cheese steak combo, no flavor on the streak, drink cup full of ice and no refills. 1st and last time...not impress.
1st time customer. Don't see myself going back. Customer service was marginal, but generally I can overlook that. Store was out of provolone, ketchup and lemonade. Taken together, thus was harder to ignore. Sandwich itself was a soggy mess and the fries were lukewarm. Everyone has a bad day, but this entire experience was a tough one to forget and forgive.

This is the same sub place from the mall, minus the crowd and large parking lot. Dinning area is extremely small, and most people take there's to go. There is always a limit for your food. It's worth it for hot subs and fries
Smh terrible . Cheesesteak is messy and the whole sandwich is drenched in mayonnaise literally. Called once to ask if it can be remade no answer. Called twice no answer . Terrible customer service
I’ve visited this location multiple times. There is always an issue with my order. Either the fries are cold, an item is missing, the sandwich isn’t made how I requested, there is ranch on something when I didn’t ask for ranch, the lemonade isn’t filled to the cup’s capacity, the fries weren’t salted, or I wait for an unreasonable amount of time because my order was cleared out of the screen as if it’s already been made. If you go to this restaurant be diligent with checking that your order is correct and don’t be in a rush. The employees are also hit or miss. They’re either completely rude, or very friendly but prone to making mistakes. The only reason I gave it two stars is because I love the cheese and bacon fries when they’re made correctly, fresh and with salt.
Ok soooo whoever is MANAGEMENT at this location needs to be replaced !!!! Seriously second time I been to this one & HORRIBLE. Boths time no ketchup. HARD BREAD. The mall locations would NEVER ?
