Went here one day for a FEW appetizers and waited almost an hour. Mind you I was the only one in the restaurant and it was 4-5 staff in the kitchen. They even took forever to ring my money into the register and kept laying my money down on the counter to do other task. When I asked if I could have a discount for the inconvenience and long wait, they were very hesitant about giving me a discount, which took longer. Eventually I was given only 2 dollars back from the $40 bill. A few appetizers shouldn’t take almost an hour to make especially when I’m the only customer present.Lastly, this restaurant has the habit to blame others instead of taking accountability. For example blaming the delivery drivers for orders that take more than 2 hours to arrive, when in fact its the restaurant that takes up to an hour or more to make food, weather it’s for delivery or in-store.This place needs to get better at time management, and getting food out faster. Yes I know it’s a national staff shortage and it gets busy but they need to make customers food a priority first instead of goofing off.The food is amazing (8/10) but the service is (0/10)Won’t be coming back until it gets better .
My fiancé and I just moved to a new neighborhood and wanted to try out the local pizza place. We ordered at 5:39pm and as I am typing this review at 8:11pm we STILL have yet to receive our order. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant and have called 3 times to check on the status of our order. We ordered through the restaurant so no blame can be placed on a delivery service like door dash. Will not be ordering again.
The ambience of the place was very peaceful, the hand made decor was artistic, lot of torch burning and the music was on point...
Very disappointed. One other couple in restaurant. There were 4 of us. I ordered a gluten free crust on my pizza. At 45 minutes after we ordered the waiter came over to let us know there was no gluten free crust, 45 minutes I am telling you and its not like they were busy as only 2 other folks were there and we saw one carry out order go out ,only one . Anyway my friend got chicken tenders and they were not tender!!! I mean could not be cut with a knife.My other friend got fake chicken tenders but ate none. When I went to say something to the "responsible " adult/owner she said she was angry that she wasn't notified that there wasn't a gluten free crust cause she could have made one . Then she basically said not my fault cause there is a labor shortage. I saw 6 folks standing around. We won't be back and I doubt that this place will be in business long!!!
Great pizza. We had cheese sticks and pizza and loved it all.
Terrible! Terrible food! Staff moves terribly slow! The place is dirty!!!! I waited an hour to receive a basic arugula and beet salad that I could’ve made at home myself. It was extremely dry. I ate the salad at the restaurant and after they had my husband and I waiting an hour and some change on the pizzas I asked for them to go and I am glad I opened the box before leaving the restaurant. In one of them It looked like someone ate it and threw it back up in the box. The other one looked like it didn’t even go in the oven. Cheese and toppings were solid, not melted or cooked. I gave both of the pizzas back to the employee. The greedy employee, who may have been the manager, after complaining she took the one pizza off the bill that looked like someone ate it, but still tried to charge for the other pizza. I gave both pizzas back to the employee and expressed how I wasn’t happy with the pizza. So why would you still try to charge for one? The food is poor quality, the customer service is poor quality, the environment is poor quality.
My boyfriend and I had a lovely dinner. We split several appetizers that were all delicious and didn't even need entrées. The ambiance is intimate and the place is well decorated. I can't wait until they can have live music, and they just got their liquor license.
Went there at 6:00 on Friday 2/4/22. Took almost 15 to take our order. Asparagus plate and fries delivered cold. Wings were ok. Pizza didn’t get put in the oven until 6:55. 20 mins after I got my wings. So our entrees were 30 mins apart. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Thought in house customers would be a priority. When we expressed our concerns the woman we talked to kinda blew us off. Seriously the asparagus plate and fries were refrigerator cold. If someone had come out to check on us… for the first time in my life we left no tip.
Simply ridiculously amazing food. The vegan incrediballs need their own website. I’m not even vegan and this is my jam a lam a ding dong spot to order from.
This. Is. The. Spot. Lived in the area for a few months and my friend and I found this GEM of a place. Great music setting the vibe and great food. They are still building up from Covid it seems with limited staff, but they were STILL amazing!! The food ?. Definitely recommend!!
