This is the best coffee in the city of Baltimore. They have a great selection of light/ medium/ and dark roast beans in bags labeled with the roasting date and where the beans are specifically sourced from.Carlos Payes (co-owner) roasts small batches of coffee in-house that makes you happy to live in this excellent neighborhood.The shop is an elegant space filled with a gorgeous all white bar top and comfy vintage stools. Starting with the outside of the building, the environment is awesome and inviting, and the bathroom is always spotless clean. (That's important amirite?)The team behind the "bar" is one talented and friendly barista after another.(Pro tip: if you can get there earlier, rather than later in the day, do not sleep on the fantastic pastry selection from different local bakeries.)
Best coffee in Baltimore! This spot specializes in small batch pourover, and once you have it you won't want to go back. Their dark and light roasts are so flavorful, and pair excellently with the locally sourced pastries they have on offer. The spot has a very "family" vibe that makes you feel at home; the owner is extremely sweet, and you can tell the staff enjoy working there. It's a small shop so you may have to wait in a bit of a queue to get your morning cup, but believe me, it's worth it!
The owner Carlos is so welcoming and passionate about this project. The beans are roasted in-house and ethically sourced. Everyone needs to come and visit Café Los Sueños! Excellent coffee, fulfilling company, and a calming atmosphere. This will be the first place I take friends from out of town from now on.
Believe the hype! I had been visiting all the local coffee shops searching for my favorite coffee. This is it. The dark roasts are phenomenal. I usually add cream and sugar but the dark roasts are so strong and flavorful that I don’t bother modifying it. I recently got a bag of grounded coffee to save and the quality has not degraded when using my own drip machine. The staff are all pleasant too. My only gripe is that apart from a small selection of pastries, they don’t have breakfast.
Outstanding coffee. Everything on the coffee menu is worth trying. Pastries are a good bet, too. Make sure to grab a bag of beans to bring the flavors home!
The owners and staff are wonderful, the patisseries they source are always churning out excellent treats, and some of the best cups of coffee I've had all pandemic have been from this shop.

Hands down, the best iced almond milk latte I have EVER had. Wow. Smooth, silky, and just delish ! I live in DC and will be making the trip just to get Cafe Los Sueños coffee and beans - it is THAT good. The owner and his barista are equally phenomenal !
Visited because I saw the cafe on my commute a couple of times.The folks working were considerate, and willing to patiently explain the menu to me. The Colombian pour over coffee was flavorful. Big, robust flavor, just as described. Maybe a weird thing to note, but the paper cup was nice; sturdy, easy to carry while walking and didn't feel hot while keeping the drink at a nice temperature.The interior was modern and rustic. With 4 people in the cafe, the volume with music remained comfortable. It would be nice to chill out and work here, but I was unable to find public wifi, the only reason I took one star off. Otherwise, solid date idea or tasty coffee.
