The cashier was struggling, which is okay because it may have been his first day. But the manager acted as if it were a problem to help him, so the cashier struggled through his task instead of asking for help. Food was cold when we got it...it took 15 minutes.
Zero rate of course and I’ll never go to that store again, the way they deal with the customer is terrible
I wouldn’t take a dog to this Burger KingThey’re customers service stinks, your order is always incorrect, they’re attitude towards customer stinks,The quality of your food N beverages horrible. They’re employees can’t follow directions given on a big screen. They’re food presentation is horrible and stale. But I must say the manager of duty (Chaniya) Was kind and very courteous when I brought my food back the next morning. She took the time out to call the store manager. Had my food remade and refunded my money with and apologies. Thank you chaniya for having awesome customer service .
Even though they were backed up inside, they pulled together and got customer's orders correct. At times the wait may be worth it, to skip out on an all out assault frustration moment.

Manager refused to acknowledge my request for use of the rest rooms . Even after the customer that he was waiting , on made a comment to his . Sloth us thriving at the fast food restaurants in Baltimore , Maryland .
Ordered delivery via Uber eats for my daughter while visiting from out of town. Ordered impossible burger with mustard and cheese without onion or tomatoes. Got the burger, no cheese I paid $1.00 extra for, loaded with onions, no added mustard. So basically they ignored the requests and sent burger as is.
This is my favorite fast food chain. However, the quality of the is not good anymore. The customer services changes depending on the time of day.
The young woman who took my order was very nice and professional. Also the management team I was extremely impressed and proud of their professionalism and politeness. I hope they are recognized within the franchise or the corporate.
