The last couple times I ate here I was unsatisfied with the quality of the meat and the freshness of the sandwich bun. I used to eat eat here often. I called and spoke to the manager to express that my pit beef sandwich was dry, tough, and chewy, though her response was unprofessional. I was told they were short staffed and busy but she would not make me another sandwich because I ate a portion of the sandwich I bought.
Bullseyes has been in the neighborhood for a while and used to have delicious homemade food. Recently we ordered as part of a school fundraiser and the food was subpar. Pit Beef was decent but the turkey was dry. BBQ sauce was KC masterpiece or whatever they sell at BJs. Part of the charm, to me, behind a local pit beef joint is some of the homemade goodies like BBQ sauce, pickles or whatever that make the service and business unique. Service was also strange. As I went to hand my card to pay for my order the response I received from the cashier was “What’s the matter? Don’t want to give me your card? Afraid I’m going to overcharge you?” I feel like she was trying to funny but that’s not something to joke about. Overall it is just okay. If it continues like this, it is nothing to write home about.
Chaps used to be the best pit beef in Baltimore but Bullseyes has quickly taken over that title. Great food, great portions at a reasonable price!
The food is excellently prepared for you in your presence. They do close early. You will not be displeased with the service or price of your meal.
Tried them for the first time and got a simple corned beef on rye. The sandwich was fresh and the meat plentiful. And the price was reasonable too. My only complaint was the staff wasn't wearing masks. The pandemic isn't over yet....
Food was good but the only staff member wearing a mask was the cashier. Baltimore county has a mask mandate in place, so I don’t understand why the two guys making and breathing over the food were not wearing masks.
Food is great but service has always been subpar. Last time I was there I stood around for 15 minutes at the counter and everyone avoided eye contact with me because no one wanted to greet me or take an order. Today I tried again, they opened at 0830 according to their website but when I called at 2pm I was told they don't want to take my order right now, can I call back at 3pm. We tried ordering catering from them for a business party one time, $300 order placed weeks ahead of time, called that morning to see how it was coming along, the person on the phone was clearly bothered that we would call for such a thing and asked us if we really wanted her to check on it and sighed when we said yes. Bullseye clearly doesn't want business during their open hours, I need to remember to stop trying to give them more chances, 3 is more than enough.
Very impressed by this strip-mall based Maryland Pit Beef joint and caterer. Highly recommend. House bbq sauce a bit sweet.

We do not come here nearly often enough. I usually get the ribs, but today I got a cheeseburger. It was great. The role stood up to being handled I put the barbecue sauce on it oh, the fries were a little on the crispy side and just really good and iced tea is brewed fresh. I really need to come here more often.
