My sandwich was much smaller than the sandwich pictured on their webpage. Tiny pulled-brisket sandwich + a small bag of Chesapeake fries = $20. Tastes great, but its way, way, way over-priced. Not coming back.
Too freakin slow. Need employees that don’t bicker to each other about what they are suppose to do.
Worked well for us before the Ravens game. Staff worked hard to manage the line. We got pit beef and it was decent. Better than what you'd get at stadium. Fries are typical and worked with pit beef. Good drink options nearby if you want beer or tap wine.
This place is the bomb. The meat is the main focus here and doesn’t matter if you get it on a sandwich, on fries, or on mac and cheese it will be amazing. Staff was nice and helpful as well
Love the people who work here, always so friendly and happy! The food is pretty great as well, plenty of options to choose from, not just pit beef and sides you would expect; great tacos and the grits are fire! Usually very quick service, but things happen and it can be hard to find reliable staff these days. I frequent BPB at Hysteria all the time, but I recently booked the truck for a fundraiser and they did not disappoint! Everyone loved the options, adults to kids alike and they were very accommodating when it started to pour rain; they sent someone inside to take orders and kept us all dry and happy!
Nachos with 0 cheese, 0 anything. Just chips and brisket….
Ordered through their QR code…. Said 20 minutes…. The staff didn’t even see my order until I went to presumably pick it up. They said they didn’t see it on their device thing. They said they were sorry and it’d be ready in 5 minutes. I waited 45 minutes total to get a cold sandwich and also be late to the Ravens game. Pathetic.
Ordered online but when I got there, they said they are out of what we ordered!!! 2 different orders but they dont have the product! They told us they only had pork meat and french fries, and couldnt make any wraps... And we had to contact our bank to get them to halt the payment because the number they gave us, the person was not trying to give us our money back!!! It was a Friday night! How are you out of product on a Friday? They dont have to worry about me or my gf again!!!!
Not impressed at all spend $40 bucks on two items no sauce with order which I requested and food had no tasted .And no silver ware for Mac and cheese which had no taste . $40 bucks wasted I'm from down south so maybe my taste bugs are different but not impressed at all
I really wanted to love this place since the staff were so pleasant.The Big pit beef at $11 is pricey and does have a decent amount of meat. Unfortunately, you have no option of the doneness. Beef is cooked well and is super dry as a result. With sauce, the pit beef was edible, but not something I enjoyed that much. Reminded me of Arby's.Best pit beef hands down is Pionneer near Catonsville.
