It is pretty good value for what you're paying. You pay for a sandwich, and get two whole chicken patties - which kindof feels like two sandwiches. Their quality has gone down over the past year though.
HORRIBLE! This was my first time at this establishment since it was recommended to me to try. I sat in this establishment for 30 MINUTES waiting on a chicken sandwich and fries. Let me repeat, 30 MINUTES! Never in my life i waited so long for a single chicken sandwich and fries. I approached a worker to inquiry on my meal since I have been waiting so looooong and I was told I would have to wait a bit longer. He proceeded to give me an attitude because I asked about my order and insisted on a refund. In his words "You will still have to wait whether you want a refund or order" Well sir, please process my refund because my appetite went through the door with that response. I got my refund and out the door, never to return!
I ordered the SESAME BBQ BRD and the coleslaw on my sandwich was wilted and my pickles looked old and were transparent. The bread was soggy and the pieces of chicken were too big to enjoy on a sandwich. Overall, my order was poorly executed and the French fries tasted stale. I will never go to this restaurant again. It turns my stomach when I think back on my meal. The menu is similar to shake shack where nothing comes with the meal i.e., no drink or fries, but the quality of the food doesn't compare and does not even come close to the quality or execution shake shack offers. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant.
Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, and coleslaw in a hurry. After waiting for 40+ minutes, I was handed a heavy bag of what I assumed was my order, after all the bag had my order number. I get home starving and open the bag to see LEFTOVER Frenchfries. Not even actual orders of FF but the LEFTOVERS. I called the manager and he basically said that I should F off. So I leave this review to let you know, there are SO MANY other fried chicken sandwich shops with far superior ingredients, quality, and most importantly customer service. Try Ekiben, despite being slammed all the time they manage to keep their quality and customer service in check.
The food was not optimal. The grease needed to be changed. Great drunk after club food.
Agree with other reviews who say something has changed. This used to be really good with thick chicken sandwiches but our sandwiches tonight were chicken nuggets on a bun. I wanted to try the maple but it seems like the staff only wanted me to try two bites of the flavoring since only one end was dipped in the butter and the butter wasnt actually spread on my sandwich. The other sandwich was supposed to be spicy and was not. Whoever is managing this has let a good place really go downhill. I'd like for someone to contact me when/if that changes so I can order again.
I ordered the chicken tenders and they were extremely tasty. The breaded skin just fell off the meat as I dipped it in the BRD sauce. ? ?
I used to love this restaurant, but something has changed recently in the kitchen and the food isn’t the same. I used to always order the bird bites with fries. There are no longer bites, so I got the tenders and there is no seasoning, just plain tenders and for the price I’m better off buying some in the the freezer section at the store to cook on my own. The fries are a similar story…nothing special. No flavor for a high price.
Used to love this place but they got rid of their wings. Their sandwiches are ok, but the wings were amazing. Guess I’ll have to find a new wing spot ?
Great chicken sandwich, get the Baltimore style spicy. It's life changing.
