They did a beautiful job on my wedding cake! They went out of their way to make sure I had figs on my cake which was greatly appreciated!

If you don't know about this place yet you are truly missing out on some of the most delicious pastries and desserts. I've eaten many of things from them to list a few, London Fog cake, morning bun (weekly), croissants, hand pies, lavender honey salt pie, cookies and so much more. What's great is that they are always adding new things to try!
I used bramble for a bridal shower and let me tell you, they were a hit! The cake was beautiful, and the desserts were incredible, my guest really loved everything, especially the hand pies and rice krispy treats!

They offer a wide arrange of pastries, cookies, and cakes with unique and delicious flavors. Not a sweets person? Well, chomp on one of their savory breakfast offerings or even a buttery croissant. My french pastry dreams were answered when they offered this humble sugar addict a chance at munching on kouign-amann nearly every weekend. Do yourself a favor and don’t skip this place. Run and for all things holy save some kouign-amann for me.

The most important ingredient in baking is love, and you can definitely taste it here. Brambles started off as a pop up at the farmers market and would sell out by the afternoon. It has been so successful to expand into this baking storefront.If you get a chance to come early in the morning, or to reserve a cake, I would strongly recommend. Allie has a great knack for mixing new flavor combination and making it delicious. Very strong recommendation. If you are iffy about going, I would suggest checking pictures on their Instagram page to sway your opinion.
I became a fan of their pastry upon first taste, but they are so much more than good food. I recently made a special request and they went above and beyond to help me out and did it with such kindness and generosity. They have won a client for life and have a special place in my heart.
What a sweet lovely bakery. Great vibes, super delicious and unique offerings and nice staff. Real neighborhood feel. Definitely will be coming back- hidden gem!
