Walked in and no one said anything. Please do not eat from here food was uncovered and the associate was in plain sight changing her shoes. In the over where they should be cooking the chicken they had supplies in there. What happen to boston market clearly went down hill.

Although they don't always have everything, the service there is courteous, and the cuisine is generally decent.

The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The food was good and fresh and the service was extremely fast.

This meal was the worst. Ordered the 1 Half White Rotisserie chicken. The meal had two small breast the chicken wings attached were so dry and Roasted there was no meat to eat. The breast part was dry dry dry. The skin on the chicken was hard

First things first, portion sizes are extremely small(uploaded a picture with my hand as comparison that really doesn't express how small it is looking at it) and expensive(it's a wonder they're going out of business) Peruvian chicken places like Chicken Rico's is a better deal than this place. The lady at the desk... You could see that she knows as well.Food is a hard okay though

I’m not sure how consistently at 7pm any day of the week, a restaurant that specializes in chicken, never has ANY chicken. Almost no food to sell with 4 hours left until closing? I usually come back here hoping that I might get lucky and there will be actually be chicken to buy, but it’s always a 40 minute wait no matter what time I come. I wish they’d at least be apologetic, but no. Just wish the management was better.

This is the most rundown "restaurant" I have ever visited. It literally looks like it should be shutdown. The employees were great but they are working in a dilapidated building that needs to be updated or bulldozed which makes purchasing food extremely unappealing. I had ordered a heat and eat holiday meal and did not realize until I got home that I had not received everything I paid for which is my fault for not noticing when they went over everything. Great employees but everything else, needs work!

Worse customer service ever. The cashier was cool. I actually think he also prepared my food. Ordered mash potatoes with gravy. No gravy was put on my potatoes. I also ordered a chicken sandwich that was cold as hell. It's like they prepared the sandwiches and then put them in the fridge or something. Service was so bad I didn't even go back in to complain about my food

This was one of the things we got for the thanksgiving catering the food was fine however we waited literally 3 hours to get the food and then later on we heard that there was a fight at this exact Boston market

Seemed to have declined in service, cleanliness, professional communication, and menu items, and speed. Was the 2nd person in line. A medium items order was taken before my order. My order was 1 dinner. Between conversation that should have taken place after serving customers or in some other more appropriate form and order preparers not budging much to select and bag meals, my mind was blown along with most of the menu items not being available.Restaurant should be cleaner and inviting also.
