My friend moved to Baltimore during the pandemic and I finally had a chance to visit this spring. A top spot on my tour of “great places in her adorable neighborhood” is the incomparable ice cream shop, B’More Licks. Yum, yum, a THOUSAND times YUM! Flavors are always revolving but there are some that are constants and I went with one of each - the typical trademark “Cookie Monster” (blue vanilla with Oreos, chocolate chip cookies and cookie dough - aka, all kinds of cookie goodness) and “Monkey Business” (featuring bananas and Graham cracker crumbles). So many options - homemade hard ice cream in a ton of original and classic flavors, soft serve ice cream, milkshakes, flurries, cookiewiches, ice cream tacos - the menu goes on for days but the line does not - despite its length, it moves fast thanks to service areas inside and outside. It’s so worth the wait if you want a scrumptious treat!
Not the best ice cream I have ever had but pretty damn good. Lovely service, several flavors to choose from and even more cones and topics! Getting cream from them is always fun!
Best soft serve out there. Love the fruit swirl with vanilla soft serve. Dole whip swirl I think. Will return 100x. Great service as well.
Hands down my favorite local ice cream place. Unique flavor combos and thoroughly Baltimore!! Including some flavors with old bay and Berger cookies. A definite stop when in Highlandtown
So glad my 8 y/o and I chose this place for ice cream!!! Wow, the key lime and the Cuban oreo coffee ice cream were delicious! I will come back to this shop every time I visit Baltimore. Sooooo many flavors and they let you taste them. Oh Banana pudding next time...

Visited today and the staff was very friendly and timely. If you’re wondering the ice cream is delicioso. Favorite spot in Patterson Park. A huge variety of flavors ranging from vanilla to Old Bay. The staff was friendly and our orders were ready in a snap. It's a very small establishment with limited seating, so it's best to grab a scoop or two and head out somewhere else. It's location right next to the park is great year-round though it's best to walk as parking is pretty packed.
Jack is awesome! Holding it down on a busy Friday night! Seems like they are getting busier because I can't seem to get my vanilla soft serve twice in a row, but it's making me try their homemade flavors ? haven't been disappointed yet!!
