My wife and I have been looking for a good donut shop for a while now, and she recently found Blondies online. She ordered us a dozen and had them delivered.The simpler donuts were the best—chocolate ganache with vanilla drizzle, glazed, vanilla with sprinkles. The lemon merange and Baltimore cream were good, but as the required a fork to eat were more like pastries than donuts; but still very good.Then came the maple bacon…I’m going to type three words I never thought I would: the maple bacon donuts had (here they come) too much bacon. The bacon really overpowered the maple frosting (which I could taste very little of), and the bacon was chewy vs crispy.I would order again, but not the maple bacon.Why is it so hard to find just a maple bar on the East coast?
Made my first order this weekend and I have to say that these doughnuts are excellent and made with great care!I got 24 donuts for a birthday party and i asked them to pick the flavors. Each and every flavor was great, the filled donuts were spectacular and the vegan options that i asked for were great too. I think the lemon meringue might be my favorite!I don't live close by but it was well worth the trip.
My kids and I love doughnuts so we try them everywhere. We were very excited to find Blondie's Doughnuts and they deliver to the Washington DC area. We ordered a dozen. The verdict is that they are excellent, but we didn't love the fillings. Next time we'll order the unfilled ones. Also I'd like to try their cinnamon rolls. Most people would give their doughnuts 5 stars, but we've been spoiled by District Doughnuts and Boxer Donut and Espresso in Nyack, NY which are the pinnacle of Doughnuts.
This donut spot has taken the crown and the pastries baked here are just amazing. I placed a large order and all of my guests at my party loved them. Definitely get the maple bacon, apple cider, lemon drop, Baltimore cream pie and Grandmas sweet roll. The dough itself is very airy. The icings, flavors and sometimes creme were really rich. Highly recommend checking their website and IG prior to order just to see their seasonal flavors. They offer customer orders as well via their website. They also serve them at local food markets. Yes, the price is a lil higher than your typical DD, but this is quality. I'll definitely be back after I recover from my sugar rush and try out their other flavors.
Number one, I apologize that the photo is not better, aesthetically, but this is what was left of the six doughnuts after I tore through half of each of them #closedcasket. Number two, there was a little bit of confusion with delivery, but it all worked out, and these donuts are well worth it!! They are so delicious and flavorful and thick and soft, and they just made my day. And they're gorgeous! I'm gonna eat the rest tomorrow?????? This is my second time trying these in the last year and I've been blown away each time.
Delicious!!I've ordered a couple times now, for pickup and latest for delivery. Delicious donuts! You can taste the quality of ingredients and the love put into them. The flavor options have all been tasty!
This part has been on my radar for quite some time now. Directions my schedule… The schedule… Didn’t agree, until today. I’ve been yearning to review @blondiesdoughnuts !! I went to one of their food truck locations at 1715 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville M.D. & Good People…I’m so glad I did!!..OK look this spot has donuts. Freshly made, artisan, doughnuts, that come in a plethora of flavors. The donuts are $5 at their truck locations, however you can pre-order their fried sweet bread online for $3.50-$4.50..Let’s get to it…this is what I copped; Their snickerdoodle doughnut, a strawberry crunch, a gnocchi doughnut, their pumpkin cheesecake doughnut, the cookies n cream joint, a lemon drop doughnut, their apple cider, maple bacon, some doughnut holes, a butter beer doughnut, their vanilla sprinkles & their B-More cream (like a Boston cream pie doughnut)...Good People…ALL of these doughnuts are STAMPED!! Now I only tasted 4…the pumpkin joint, the B-More joint, a couple holes, & their fresh, HOT, glazed, doughnut (I didn’t mention above)!! My family ran through all these rest, & they STAMPED the rest!!..Customer service here was top notch, online navigation & ordering was fluid (delivery will be available next week), their establishment was clean, parking was readily available, & I recommend their HOT doughnuts…TRUST!! Found this Gem outside Gold Leaf Dispensary....I've tried their bacon cinnamon roll and a variety of doughnuts. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Customer Service was awesome. This black owned business is top tier. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a sweet treat!!
We picked up a couple of the Vanilla & Scream! (Vanilla cream filled) These live up to every bit of the hype! I’m not a sweets person, but these were amazing! Wish we had gotten more!!!! Yumm!
