If i could give a 0 if i would. Terrible service. First we get told yes they have a military discount then he starts yelling us. Prior to that he was so rude. So I told my husband just forget it and get the product then he hot even ruder so I said out loud it's OK I'll fill out the survey. If the kids didn't really want ice cream we would have left. Then to smack me in the face more I asked who took the order they had already heard I was going to do the survey who ever was at the window said we weren't rude we were just loud because we were trying to make sure you heard us. I said sure that's why they had an attitude. i gave them my card paid. They didn't give me my receipt I guess as their way of avoiding the survey. We just moved to the area needless to say that was the fist 40.00 I spend and the last I spend. I work for a company where I often buy large breakfasts, donuts and coffees for my employees. And it will never happen at this location. I will go as far as saying if the same owners own the one in Hunt Valley or Owings Mills it won't be me or any one I know buying from there either
Friendly staff! Patient with my son and I making decisions but it was middle of the afternoon so they weren't too busy either :)
My day started off great. I went to baskin robbone and ordered a milkshake like I normally do. I have had great milkshakes there, so I was excited. When they gave us our milkshakes it was very liquidity and thin. When I asked them to fix it they just blended ice in it. I went back, because milkshakes are not cheap, and they would not remake it, they said I could pay extra to have more ice cream added. And I responded by asking if they could remake it with less milk, so it would be thicker, they refused. Not going back there for a while.
Service is quick. They could be alittle more friendly. But the bathrooms are open this is a major plus for me because I'm constantly on the move. Usually no crowd. Got my coconut ? milk ice latte with hazelnut flavor.
The service sucks! I had to repeat my order 3 different times.. On top of that no one understood what they were say

Service was good. I order a small decaf, I notice no label was on my cup which other stores have. Good to have to make sure u got what u ask for.
After driving to two other locations. That said that they close at 11, however they closed earlier. This location was still open, Alhamdulilah! I was able to get my milkshake, YAY!!!
We went through the drive-thru to get ice cream and the custom service was terrible. We asked the lady what flavors they had and she just said to search it up and leave the line because we were taking too long. We came back around and she was very impatient and continued to rush us as we listed orders for six people which obviously takes a few minutes to communicate the number of scoops and such. She also got the order wrong but refused to fix it and had us go back around to the end of the line and re-order. Please learn to be patient with your customers.
The store was very clean the manager was very friendly and professional the ice cream was delicious
