Should’ve went to DC but decided one more time to give Baltimore a chance and like so many of my Baltimore food experiences very disappointing.Falafel INC in DC has the best falafels to date and Baltimore just can’t produce anything that can stand in the same room as that place.Sorry Baba but I think it’s time to retire before further damage is done

Great, local, Mediterranean restaurant. The inside is really small with a few tables outside. The food is fantastic and the staff was great at recommending their favorite dishes. The Chicken Shawarma had a bit of delicious spiciness, and the hummus was surprisingly mellow in a good way. The pita bread was really thin and was mostly a vehicle for hummus. The ginger beer was really good, but be careful drinking it along with the shawarma—starts to be too much spice. I went for date night before walking around the Inner Harbor and would definitely go again.

I’m here to write an honest review. Food is 2/10 and the 2 is just for the effort of putting it together. I come from a Mediterranean family, and this food is AWFUL.This was supposed to be a shawarma platter, $18 for little salad, hummus that is tasteless and has oil for life and shawarma that is made of fried chicken ( btw shawarma is supposed to be grilled not fried) on top of a red/tomato rice when shawarma is supposed to be served with white rice if not wrapped in a pita bread. Very disappointed ?idk how tf they run this place here lolz. Everyone commented that it is a good food are peeps that don’t come from an ethnic background and probably have no idea how that food actually taste. I do not recommend, paid $35 for two meals and it was a very unpleasant experience.

The fresh food is amazing and the staff is just the bees knees! I love getting the platters because they come with SO MUCH FOOD! And it’s good for you! Not only is it great for my stomach but also just super tasty Mediterranean style goods.

I’ve been obsessed with Babas for 12 years. This is my favorite Mediterranean place. The food is always wonderful and the service is always wonderful. They have the best pita chips you’ll ever have. I have friends who won’t let me visit without a bag of the sumac chips. I’m literally having them cater my wedding. It’s THAT good.

Ok, my title is not very creative but the food really is great. Only offering take out now, with an assortment of groceries to buy as well. The mezze platter for 2 is a great split. Entree is also generous and reasonably priced. We read about this place in the Baltimore paper and so glad. The hummus is more garlicky than we like, yet very fresh tasting. The other mezze are delicious. Order online and you get to pick the time for your take out - has been ready to go each time. Staff friendly too. Will return often.

After seeing the article in the Sun yesterday, I placed an order for a falafel platter, spanikopita and the dill lebne. Everything was *so* good. The falafel and dill lebne were delicious - but the spanikopita was possibly the best I've ever had. Can't wait to go back and try the kabobs - but so happy to fund a place with really good falafel! Super friendly staff and owner. Lovely place to support!

Got the falafel over rice with a side pita. Delicious and simple as expected. The sauce is very flavorful and the falafel is cooked perfectly, with just the right crisp.

It was great. I really enjoyed it.

We stopped here for the first time on a recent trip to the city. The food was great we got the Rosemary Beef and the meat was cooked to perfection. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. Definitely check this place out especially if you are a foodie. Doesn't disappoint.
