Goat karahi price was different what they charged me from menue price. When I noticed later they told me due to inflation we did not change rates. When I said you should have to tell me when you charged but they said our regular customers now. They were even annoyed to me how I spotted the difference of 7 dollars. I recommend everyone to check their prices and compare with menu. Otherwise they will make a fraud with you.
Attending a wedding reception at this venue. The food at the buffet especially the Chinese dishes were not served warm at all. The dahi baray and seviyaan tasted very sour because I think the milk products in the dishes had gone bad. The decor was terrible and tacky for a wedding reception. The women’s bathroom was dirty and most stalls out of order. When we had to leave after the event, we had to exit out through the kitchen because the main mall doors were closed! The floors were so slippery that we almost fell with our high heels on. Wouldn’t eat here nor attend any future function at this venue until it gets upgraded in all aspects.
We had a party today.Food was excellent ,Service Wes professional and virtuous.All my guests like the food and place ,No complaint from any guest.
Worst desi buffet ever! It was our first time there after it was taken over by new owner. (Old management and food was slightly better than this one! )I and my husband was there for dinner buffet on a Sunday. Each person buffet costs about $22+tax!!!! Which is Ridiculous. Even any seafood buffet costs $13-18!! How come some desi buffet can costs this much!!Well, They probably know that everyone is going to eat there just one time anyway, because of bad food and bad service, so they charge you double!!!There wasn’t even enough food on shelves to take.Rice, Biryani, Noodles and all other curry’s had a dried up layer on top. All foods looked and tasted days old.Only one dessert (Kheer) and barely there was any kheer on the tray.Food was very tasteless. Only 4 pieces of samosa they served on the tray, tasted like Indian frozen samosas that you can buy at grocery stores. And samosa shell was raw inside.I couldn’t really find anything to eat there. Probably naan and the kabobs were only eatable food they had so far.They also had panipuri shells only, but no filling!And you can totally forget about the service!Generally I’m a good tipper. But there was not a single employee around, who do you even tip?!! And what for??
I ordered chicken tikka masala at this place. One of the worst tikka masala i had ever. It looks like curry with so much oil and no creamy consistency. Please make sure about the quality of the entrees because you guys are selling it for 14$ around. If the restaurant is busy that doesn't mean the quality can go low. I went and returned the tikka masala back to a lady at the front desk. She accepted and apologized but still i don't recommend this place
Great service,delicious food tastes, decent amount of food portions. Very reasonable price. Best restaurant in Baltimore hall food.Highly recommend to indian pakistani food lovers.
Had an online order and when I went to go pick it up, the women at the front desk yelled “I don’t have an online order” and proceeded to ignore me and help other guest. When I showed her my email confirmation, she again threw her hands up in the air shouting “I don’t have an online order!” Clearly there was an issue with their ordering system because I placed an order there no problem a couple days prior. It was only after I admonished the women for her behavior that she very apathetically asked what I wanted. I left with nothing and will not be returning. You just don’t treat people that way.
The customer service was okay, didn’t have any problems regarding that. The food was not really tasty! I order chicken curry and honestly it tasted like water and chicken with bell peppers. ??
Food was not fresh they served leftover food biryani was not good. waste of money
