The food is good, but hell lord, the staff there is so rude and slow. On 6/28/2022, i rushed to get two sandwiches and 2 bottles of beverage because my baby was having a low blood sugar. One of the ladies there apparently did not understand english well and I had to repeat multiple times but she still could not follow. I then just said, I have to run please give me anything. Then another lady came and started yelling at me: you are rushing us, we are human beings. She then threw the food to the counter and the food fell to the ground. She then laughed at me and said very ironically, "see, this is what happens when you rush people". I asked if I could have her name so I can file a complaint. She rolled her eyes at me and totally ignored me.
This is by far the worst auntie Annie's I've ever been to! If I could give them 0 stars I would, I had two coupons / codes to which they ignored and made me use the app in which I had and showed, they ignored and still denied using the codes and Insisted it be from the app which it was! The employee "Ediba" was very rude and didn't bother to apologize, show any customer service or even try to compensate for anything.I have always been a long time Auntie Annie's customer but now I think I'll switch and support other businesses that value customers rather than taking them for granted.

I tried the turkey and cheese breakfast sandwich and it was really good! Great experience as well!
There aren’t many places at the airport that have friendly works, some don’t even look like they want to be there. I had the pleasure of having Victoria from the BWI airport serve me and she was very friendly and helpful.
