Our business ordered, via Door Dash, lunch and not only were our soup orders wrong but we were missing a salad. We called to ask for our missing salad and the employee said that they will make it and send a new one to us. An hour goes by and we still did not receive our food or a phone call. We called again and the same employee said that the fault was on Door Dash and that they will not be sending us a new salad. We wish we knew that an HOUR ago. Good customer service would have been at least an apology but all we got was the blame game. We will not be ordering from them again.
My overall experience here was good. I usually only have coffee so it was my first time eating here for lunch and I wasn't sure what to have. The young lady making the food this Thursday was extremely helpful. I think she must be the newest one as the girls who work here don't usually speak to me. Her recommendation was really good and the guy who checked me out was very friendly as well. I was a bit uncomfortable while waiting for my sandwich to be made (hence the 3 star rather than higher) as there was a guy stocking the cooler who kept staring at me. He was slightly portly with glasses. Other than that, my experience here was quite pleasant, and I'd go back
Been here several times in the last couple of days. Located inside University of Maryland medical center. First time the sandwich was decent. Second time I waited 15 minutes just to be waited on finally left. Third time it was in the evening and the woman behind the counter was making salads so I waited until she was done. Never wants that you look up at me and ask me if I was ready to order. I finally had to say something to her and she's like well you didn't say anything to me and gave me an attitude like I was bothering her.
Stopped there for lunch while doing my jury duty. Had a BBQ chicken sandwich, small bowl of chicken noodle soup, and a fountain drink. With a brownie. The food was pretty good. But it seemed a bit pricey since it cost me over $20.00 for what I got. The food tastes pretty good, but the sandwich was a bit small for the price of it.
Maya, the chef & customer service agent at this location, was/is excellent. Super helpful and friendly; Maya made my experience & meal awesome & delicious!
24 hours au bon Pain. ♡ it's inside the Umb hospital nearby the entrance. They have online ordering available. I was looking for an Au Bon Pain and ended up at this Location.

Extremely slow service and poorly organized. It’s clear they need more help in regards to service.
I tried to visit and eat and have some coffee on 2/13/2021. The lady at the front desk of UMMC said you couldn’t get anything to eat or coffee here unless you have business in the hospital and she has to call and check to make sure. She said because of pandemic.#howdidyoureact
Got there about two, it was not packed. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The bill was fair.
