So the food quality is half decent, but they seriously need to work on order flow and management.Just waited in line for 20 minutes for them to complete an order of chips and salsa. I appreciate the care in putting together more complicated orders, but I’m looking at the chips 10 feet away from me and I don’t know why it’s taking 20 minutes to get them across the counter to me. There are four people standing there, in front of the chips. But they cannot pick them up and place them on the counter.

Waited more than 20 minutes for a chicken quesadilla and black beans. The staff did not even apologize for the lengthy wait in the interim. First time and very disappointed after such recommendations.

I ordered a pork burrito bowl with jalapeño crema. The entire bowl was disgusting. Separately the rice and the meat was decent however, the dressing and sauces RUINED the combination. I am very disappointed considering how other restaurants can nail the pickled onions and cabbage but it was just terrible. I am so disappointed

Food is decent, but the service is not. They forgot to include the drink in my pickup order and all of the containers were squished. They were not pleasant when I went I pick it up just snapped that I need to wait for a text before coming up to the counter. Probably wouldn’t eat here again

The food is good . I just think the people serving the food are lame in my opinion. I paid for extra sauces/cheeses and got the opposite. Where was the disconnect? Seems like the employees change up like the seasons which is understandable. I haven’t been to this place in almost a year , it’s not like it use to be .

Chicken quesadilla and tortilla chips were nothing to write home about. Guac was not good. It wasn't crowded when I visited, but apparently the only other patron also ordered a chicken quesadilla. I read the ticket on the bag quickly and picked up their order by accident (my order wasn't ready yet). The woman behind the counter yelled at me, \\\"YOU OPENED THE WRONG BAG!\\\" and when I apologized she just stared at me. I felt horrible so I repeated my apology and she just walked away. There is much better food and customer service at other stalls at R. House. I do not recommend Amano Taco.

If I could choose negative stars I totally would after waiting 25 minutes for a basic chicken bowl I got a cold bowl of slop soaked in red cabbage juice I asked for a refund was told no I guess I should’ve been worried about literally the only “Mexican” food place that had ZERO Mexican ppl working there but every other pub had Hispanic ppl working there it’s was a red flag I should’ve never ignored ??\\u200d♀️I wish I could post a video of my terrible experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO OUTTA ZERO BAD FOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CORPORATE DOES’NT EVEN RETURN AN E-MAIL TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE BAD FOOD/EXPERIENCE I LITERALLY WAS GIVEN DOG FOOD CHICKEN ON TOP OF HARD COLD WHITE RICE WHAT A SLAP TO ALL MEXICANS THIS IS NOT HOW THEY EAT‼️

Decent taco joint, but not something to rant and rave about. I will say they are missing out by not bottling the chipotle sauce though.

This place used to have great food, but I guess the pandemic has gotten them. The tacos made me sick, the chips were stale, and the guacamole was unfortunately not edible.

This food was pretty gross. Fiance and I were dissapointed. Chicken looked like cat food.
