was a decent place to grab WiFi and work, chill... not everyone maintains a normal decibel when talking, but otherwise---outside of that---most are respectful and the baristas do a good job of bringing out your order and cleaning up the place a bit

Just stopped in to get a quick juice/smoothie on my photo walk. The customer service was great and the overall aesthetic of the coffee shop was good. It was set up to be a great work place. Large windows that allow a lot of sun and table seating so you can easily work on your laptop.

I really love the Vagrant coffee shops all around Baltimore, am a frequent customer and have only had good experiences. However, an employee who served us today was extremely unprofessional. After waiting 20 minutes for our coffee and seeing countless other guests receive their orders, we politely asked about our drinks. Without apologizing, the worker then muttered loudly under their breath “why can’t people just f**king wait!!!” It’s unfortunate that the Pigtown location closed down as we always had great experiences there.

I placed an online order for this location and paid online, including a tip. My pickup time was 7:45 AM (online hours said it opened at 7), but when I arrived, the door was locked and the lights were off. I wasn't in a hurry, so I hung around the area and checked back after 8 AM and still no luck. I tried calling, and the number didn't go through. I understand that things happen last minute, so I figured I'd email them to get my money back. I've emailed twice now with no response. I also reached out on IG, where Vagrant Coffee HAS been active, and my message is either unseen or ignored.Unfortunately, this experience was consistent with the many times I want to the now-closed location in Pigtown - I'd constantly order things online and show up to find out they didn't have what I ordered. They have great coffee, but they need to put measures in place to make sure they don't steal people's money.

Used to be a big fan, and for some reason there has been a drastic change in the product. Late 2021 this place was shut down and since the product and the service has been very poor. As a person that used to go to this place daily, I can surely say the change that occurred was not for the good. The vagrant beans and the quality of the coffee overall has great potential but due to poor management and lack of importance behind delivering a quality product will lead to failure of this business. The coffee business in general has very high margins and especially if you roast your own beans and this allows for a business to pay their employees generously or hire quality barista. But this has been thrown to the wayside and I understand in the current job market it’s tough to get quality staff but this is where good businesses and bad businesses stand out if you have to squeeze your margins to provide a quality product you will reap the reward. I would like to also add, this place does not have ice so they can’t offer any ice lattes, coffees, etc. The staff has issues receiving mobile orders so you left waiting…I suggest going to ceremony coffee as they have consistently provided a quality product.

Great space and delicious coffee. Just wish they had more pastries. The lemon loaf and other loaf (can't remember) were very good and fresh.

Coffee is awesome, people are super nice, but the ordering process and the waiting time simply for a cup of regular coffee is ridiculous. I understand the impact of COVID and the need to streamline, but it’s time to go back to people, and ditch the tablets. There was a crowd of people waiting as one Barrista was doing everything. He was apologizing to everyone, but he needed help - Step it up.

Visiting from out of town and stopped in. The barista was very friendly and helpful. Loved that u could order and pay off a screen. Made the process super easy. Got a latte that was outstanding, creamy and smooth. One of the best I've ever had.

Cozy space with a lot of seating options. Just make sure to get there early for a plug. Sadly, the small space made it hard not to overhear every conversation and the cleanser juice at this location made me violently sick. I personally won't be coming back because I'd rather not risk getting ill again but after all it is a coffee shop first. ?‍♀️P.S. Don't forget to say hi to Titus and Stacy the potted and cutely named plants in the backroom.

Great drinks and employees. Came in on a cold Sunday night and enjoyed a lavender London Fog excellently prepared by the barista, an Asian gentleman, who was very polite. They were out of the almond milk I wanted but I still enjoyed it—shortages due to COVID, I suppose. There was another employee there who was also very gracious and welcoming—they made a great atmosphere for this little coffee shop. Give these guys a raise!
